How do we link this benefit with Electrify America Account?

I got the same thing the day after I took delivery, then I tried it a couple days later and it worked.
If you could edit your original post to add this, I think it would help a lot of people. Looks like many of us (myself included) are getting this message; they may read your excellent instructions but not get to page 3.

Has anyone who was getting the “No connected services are available” error able to get it working and activate the Plug & Charge network? Still not working for me and after another hour on the Ford chat I finally convinced them to open a ticket. We ‘ll see if that gets me anywhere.

I've been trying to do step 2 for 3 days now. All I get is:

I'll try calling Monday.

Thanks, Mark, and enjoy your new car. I also have the GB 1st Edition. My wife is the only one who has driven it so far, and that was to and from the detailer to get the ceramic coating applied. Now because of the winter storm coming in we need to keep it sheltered in the garage all next week while the coating cures.

I will post an update if/when I get a resolution on this connected services issue. Please do the same.

Will do. I had planned to test plug & charge today but I guess it will wait until after our PPF and ceramic is applied. I drop ours off Monday morning.

@hybrid2bev could you give some detail on which connected service you saw in step 2? Today (after 2 days of “no connected services”) I started seeing “Connected built in navigation” but I don’t think that’s what I want; there’s no mention of charging or an option to add a payment method.

To be honest I don't remember. I was so excited that something was happening that I forgot to take screenshots or notes.

When I go in now there are two options.

OK thanks, looks like I should wait to see "Fordpass charging network".

Ok, at least something is happening now. The Connected Built-In Navigation option is now showing up, but no FordPass Charging Network.

I picked up my First Edition ER AWD MME last Wednesday. I'm having the same issue as you. Yesterday, the Connected Built-In Navigation option started showing up, but I'm not seeing my FordPass Charging Network.

To top it off, I'm scheduled to have an electrician here on Tuesday to give me a quote to get the 220V power ran to the garage and installing the Home Charging System. So right now I'm trying to charge it running off the mobile charging system they provided on 120V. I'm literally charging at a rate of 2 miles per hour. Would love to hear if others had this problem and if there's a way to speed that up until I can get the 220V charging system installed.

2 miles per charging hour is about all you can expect from the 120V service, low current * low voltage = minimal power. The Ford materials list 3 miles per charging hour, but that probably assumes optimal range estimates.
