Can you recommend a Ford dealer within the Chicagoland area for servicing the Mach-E? My selling dealer is not great and causes more issues than they resolve.

Had very good results from Tirapelli in Shorewood
They’ve got 2 HV trained techs and the service manager Heather kept me up on the status. They sell lots of MMEs

Glenview. Arlington Heights is worth a try. Whom do you have experience with?

I have yer to get mine serviced (it's a 2024). But I was happy with Arlington heights - Glenview wasn't competitive.

Do you use anyone else? Thanks.

Wickstrom Ford in Barrington has been great for me thus far. HVJCB swap was a non-event, and a couple of other recalls and TSBs (the latter while I was still under warranty) were handled without issue. I am confident they have at least 1 EV Tech, if not several.

I've heard good things about Arlington Heights as well, but no direct experience.

This is where I drove the Mach-E for the first time. It was a very nice experience.

Yeah, mine is 4 weeks old, but had an issue. I will give Arlington Heights a shout.

Didn't see this earlier, but I did get my charge port replaced/fix (overheating when charging at 48A) by Bredemann Ford in Glenview without any issues, and even got a loaner(!!!).
