For the 2nd time this year, I have prepared for a roadtrip, and in that process, I charge to 100% the night before.

Using my 6 month old Emporia Charger, wired, I have just ‘clocked’ over 330 miles on the GOM. My prior trip, GOM was 336 Miles!!

i can only hope this is ‘planned’ surprise and delight, because I am delighted I exceeded my expectation, and it is a great ‘plan’.

Just to add to the ‘fun’ parade…at 20,000 miles, my Operating Maintenance cost is amazingly low!

- $154 for 2 tire rotations, self-serviced wiper blades(3)/cabin air filter

I hope all MME owners are having the same success, and my last words are…

Keep it going FORD!!

The GOM must really like your recent driving.

I do appreciate the very low operating costs. I am getting close to needing new tires, which will be needed just before I get to 2 yrs of ownership, and probably around 25k miles. Obviously that is a lot sooner than I have typically changed ICE tires, but it all works out. I'm still saving in the end, and the fact that I don't need to stop at gas stations on my routes and always have a "full tank" in the morning is great.

My new Rally shows 320 miles on GOM @ 90%. That would be 355 miles @ 100. Compared to official estimate of 265 miles.

@Jgg181 and @shutterbug, you guys must love to drive downhill! ?

But seriously, I'd be curious to hear what your real-world range is...

My real world range is typically over 300 miles. But I drive like an old lady. I hardly ever exceed speed limit. I very rarely drive on freeway and this time of year don't use A/C.

Rarely driving on the freeway will definitely help your range

During summer I’ve had no problems doing 200-250 miles between stops and showing up at chargers 15-20%.

Just BlueCruise at the speed limit and relax.
I definitely travel slower when the car is doing the driving, much calmer experience.

What is GOM? How many actual miles were you able to travel.

It's why I haven't racked up speeding tickets. Instead I wave to cops as I pass. Look ma, no hands ?

I charge to 100% and GOM says 305 miles when I roll my eyes and think yeah, in my dreams as I set off and get 230 miles.

I am usually at around full weight, heaters on and at our motorway your highway speeds it has to be said in Stangy’s defence, thought by now it knew my driving style and could be more accurate on the GOM ??‍♂

Only two months in to ownership in this frigid Northeast winter. I usually only charge to 80 percent but even with running the heat I am impressed with accuracy of GOM 5 days after getting the car we had to travel 160 miles round trip to a funeral with the morning temp 5 degrees F and afternoon temp 16 degrees F . I charged to 90% before this trip and the range was 199 miles and we got home with 30 miles left in the tank.
As far as tires go, if that is all I need to maintain in 3 years, I am happy man. This is much different than my 2004 Caddy CTS . The Goodyear F1’s were only good for 25000 miles but they sure stuck to the road . Back in those days a set of 4 of those sneakers cost $1000 bucks . The teo best cars I have owned, that 2004 CTS and my 2024 Mach E
