All I did was setup an account in the new app, with the same username and password, and the data populated after I logged in, out, and back in again.

The new app has a lot of problems. I struggled to login because the first email said login with the same credentials and that didn’t work. Then I got 2nd email saying to register again using same email. That worked to an extent. I can see my history. I also had to do the bizarre add a JuiceBox charger and then quit before scanning bar code.

Then I had 2 chargers showing. One with my home address but clearly newly added to app and the other was the one I’ve been using because it says ā€œYou’re charging Ford Mustang Mach-eā€. So I unpaired the new one.

Now I am unable to set address for charger. You have to enter address and then select one of their options which isn’t exactly right and then Save. But then it doesn’t save the address. Also although it says charging your Mach-e, when I click on it or go to see my vehicles there aren’t any. I then tried to add my car but you can’t even add a Mach-e unless it’s somehow a 2019 (only year available in the drop-down).

Finally my Juicebox is showing offline, but based on the charger light it is online. Even tried to add a new charger and that failed because the scan barcode doesn’t work and it rejected my serial number. Not sure anything in the new app works.

Yes they sent me the notification, my juicebox is so old the app doesn't work. It's from their Kickstarter

I had to remove my JB device and then add it to the new app.

Well.. I have a Juicebox 48 - BUT STILL NO CAR!
I uninstalled the old app and the new app installed fine.
What do I put in for "Vehicle Setting?
Charging Rate (I assume 48?)
Battery Capacity (70 like the window sticker says?)
Charging Efficiency? (no clue - It came pre-set at 93%)
Driving Range (I am assuming 247?)
Phases Number (No clue..)
THANKS IN ADAVANCE!

I had already switched apps back when the switch was first communicated. But honestly, I never use it and don’t know what value itā€˜s supposed to provide. Ultimately, it just needs to put power in the car, everything else is pretty useless to me.
After this app change, one good thing did come out of it - I realized that the app was pretty pointless and uninstalled it. :) The Mach-E does all of the scheduling I need.
Pretty much same. I installed my JuiceBox 40 last summer (September-ish??) scanned the QR sticker on the unit, and that had me install on my iOS EV JuiceNet app. I added my car to the profile in that app once I got the car, and it has worked flawlessly since then.

Now I don't really use the app at all though because a) I don't schedule charging, I just plug it in when I get home as my area doesn't have lower "off peak" rates for residential customers, and b) the car app does everything else I would need it to.

I guess I do like being able to track/monitor how much energy the JuiceNet app puts into my car occassionally or the reminders to plug it in, but again the car can do that too.

Damn, this thread is frustrating to read, and now I can see the emails from Enel that I missed earlier.

Can someone at least confirm that the "change amperage" feature is still there? That's really the only feature I care about in the app.

Good news and bad news on that front. Hopefully this is just a glitch for now. The new app has the ability to set maximum current, but it is stuck at 6 amps and nothing I do will let me change it. There is a slider but moving it does not change the value it displays.

I am charging now. I checked the app and mine also says 6amps. I’m guessing it is a glitch in the app. I am still at 24amps per the desktop app. Home.juice.net

Thanks. That's troubling. At least mine is set at a safe number at the moment!

I just spoke to GUSTAVO at Enel X. He was actually very helpful.
Apparantly, since I got a rebate from my utility - PSEGLI - I am NOT being migrated to the new app & I stay with the old one.
Confusing indeed...

My app is also showing the charge rate being stuck at 6 amps and I am unable to adjust the value... Even though the Mach-E was in the database for their old app when I try to add it to the new app (it didn't transfer over - at least not yet) the only model year option shown is 2019... Pretty irritating transition

Wait I’ve been told on this forum that Juicebox is more reliable than Grizzl-E and would never have these issues

Lucky that I purchased my JuiceBox at Costco in October. It’s going back next week. Nothing but software problems. Randomly stops charging and losing connection to the internet. I’m changing it out for the Grizzle dumb charger. I’ll let FordPass handle the charging.

I cannot get my Juicebox to show Online in either the new or old app. The Juicebox LED is white which means connected and I see it in my router network map, but apps say offline. I tried removing the juicebox and re-adding it twice using the old app but no luck. I tried re-adding it with the new app but it just fails at S/N entry saying invalid. Oddly the new app shows my last charging history even though it was saying it was offline the whole time.

UPDATE: after chatting with Enel X online they were able to fix something with my account and now charger shows online correctly.
