OK that's good. Yeah, everyone's reservation date is showing up European style, regardless of locale.

Check your spam folder, too? Would have arrived around 5:10 PM EDT on 6/17. If not, maybe give the Mach-E specialists at the Ford Marketing center a call? (I think they're with you in Florida, btw!) 800-334-4375.

Since your reservation is still listed, I think you're fine... Obviously we'll see people posting on here as soon as they get any sort of email from Ford, or once we happen to notice (through that reservation site) that we can convert them to orders.

What trim level did you reserve? It looks as though those with GT reservations haven't received the email.
thsnks for the link. I can see my reservation but not the trim level. I reserved a first edition. I have not received an email but I was told that I will get one by the 25th.

In France and I imagine in Europe in general we have not received anything either. I think Ford favors customers in the USA.

I think that the only reason that Ford are 'favouring' US customers is because given the delays due to Covid-19 the US market is the only one possible to stick to their claims that deliveries of the MME will commence 'late 2020' . We heard on this forum from some very knowledgeable people that production should start in September. If this indeed does happen then it is unlikely that any MME's will be able to be shipped in time for UK & EUR deliveries in 2020. What I would like to see happen, as I have said on here before, is for the first 6 weeks production to be for UK/EUR so they can be shipped for delivery early 2021, then the next run for US for delivery 'late 2020'. Just saying . ??I very much doubt this will happen though because if we're to happen our order book would have to open at the same time as theirs.??

There has been a lot of talk from our US friends regarding ADM, A,X,Z plans. Some people have said that some dealers are charging ADM and some aren't and that if your nominated dealer is charging ADM they will change dealer. Here in UK if we wish to change our nominated dealer we have to CANCEL our preorder and start the process again with a new dealer. This means that we go to the back of the queue with a new order number. Why is this not the case in the US?

Sorry to our global friends but this document seems to be U.S. focused.
Appreciate you probably won’t know, but do you have any idea when UK/Europe will be allowed to place a reservation for a GT? I want to upgrade to a GT, but it’s not even possible to reserve one. If we have dealerships contacting us in a few days/weeks wanting to firm up our orders, I’m in a very awkward position of having to make a decision between converting my current order, or cancelling it all together while waiting on the GT when I don’t even know the price or when it’s likely to be delivered ?

I was told when I went to the preview its possible to change to any dealer before you sign up, even change the colour ordered plus the option of delivery straight to your home address avoiding the dealer altogether. Be interesting to see if that is the case ?

I believe you may be correct. I have not received an email either. #10030969. Called helpline, said it was coming. ???

Sorry I don’t know anything UK/Europe specific.

Here in the US we knew (Pre-COVID) that the GTs would be ordered later than the other models. That seems to still be the case based on what I’ve read here (no emails to GT folks). In my personal opinion those wanting to order or even those wanting to switch to the GT should wait until the GT order banks open so you don’t lose your reservation time stamp (production sequencing priority).

If I had to personally speculate I would expect that the GT order banks would have to open up this year. If the other models are getting a 5-6 month lead from orders to first deliveries then the GTs orders should at the latest open this calendar year. Plus, I think someone else posted that the non-GT (and non-FE) reservations would be honored through the end of 2020. So if you want to switch it would have to happen this year. So maybe open the GT order banks open by Q3 2020?? I would think that we don’t want the GT reservation holders to wait too long after the other trims are ordered, but you don’t want to be too early either.

Jim - I have a higher resv # than that and I did receive an email so I don't think that is the reason. I reserved a very similar vehicle to yours.

Les autres modèles ne sont pas encore en fabrication que vous parlez déjà de commande et livraison de GT. En Europe on demande qu'une seule chose que nos réservations ce convertissent en commande et que nous soyons livrés le plus tôt possible ensuite le temps des GT arrivera, ne mettez pas la charrue avant les boeufs

The only problem with that is timing. I am sure I read somewhere that once you get your email to say that the order bank is open you have a time limit to confirm. After that your reservation will be cancelled and you will get your deposit back. I would imagine that orders for GT will be completely separate and you would have to start again. I am being completely selfish here, let us know if you cancel. One less in front of me.
