For Mach-E premium, I can feel every small bump in the road and I feel my bicycle has better suspension than this. Is there anyway mach-e suspension can be improved? Sitting in back seat is even worse.

I also have a Mach-E Premium (2022) and felt that the ride was a bit harsh. Just last week, I reduced the pressure in the tires, and it made a huge difference. I think previously that the tires were over-inflated (~41 psi cold). They are now at ~36 cold. The FordPass app says recommended is 39 psi. I am very happy with the change, with no perceptible change in efficiency (mostly in-town highway driving). The ride is still stiff, but is not nearly as harsh. There are threads that investigate different shocks (specifically in the rear), but I haven't implemented any hardware changes.

I think they tuned the suspension intentionally to be more of a "sport mode" to align with the mustang badging, etc. If you wanted something with a cushy ride, then a different EV may have been a better choice.

Lowering tire air pressure will help a bit, but also sacrifice a little range in doing so.

I thought the same thing on the test drive, but now I have driven 2,000 miles I have either gotten used to it or the suspension has broken in.

On the test drive the vehicle only had 10 miles on it.

Get the tires down to 38 psi cold so they show less than 40 psi while driving. Try that.

I love my new '23 MME - drives like my old time 3 series BMWs with RFT and stiff suspensions.
Very sporty indeed - reminds me like my E90 / E53 of the past years - not like my BMW 5 series sedans or X5 SAV.

Mustangs are not known for comfort - ICE or EV.

Having come from a '22 Lightning truck after a year - they ride like caddies - very cushioned and insulated.
You may want to trade for a Lightning.

I am getting the Eibach suspension coils and sway bars on mine soon and will report back - should make the MME feel more planted around corners.

I have a GT and like the ride as does my wife. But then our other vehicle is an F250 with 75 pounds in the tires. I have friends with Premiums- they like the ride coming from a Tesla. I can totally understand. Every driver has a different view on ride.

In addition to lowering the tire pressure, I went with a slightly taller tire when it was time for replacement. Even a tiny bit of extra sidewall helps a lot with the ride quality.

If you think so, try riding your bicycle @70 mph.
Mach-E has a firm suspension, which you would expect from a Mustang brand. Taking into account the weight and acceleration the car would wobble if it had a soft suspension. The car has an excellent driving dynamics and stability. Of course, driving on bumps and uneven surfaces with a firm suspension can be an unpleasant experience. But there is no way to satisfy every condition.

Remember the old Lincoln Town Cars from the ~90s? Air suspension and you could turn the steering wheel with just one finger.
Maybe that's what the OP is desiring.

Fair warning- it may also impact your tire wear.

I have been at 36 psi since new and the outer tread is significantly more worn than my middle tread on my tires.

This is around 6-7k miles on my tires:

For the OP, there are a bunch of threads on the topic, but the bottom line is there isn’t a ton you can do. Our suspension doesn’t have enough travel for a soft ride.
The Mag ride on the GTPE is better, but will never ride like a luxury car. It’s a a mustang after all.

I know that there were issues with some early 2021 cars where the dealer did not remove the shipping blocks during PDI. Those cars rode super rough. Check to see if they’re still in your springs? ?‍♂?

My GT-PE rides so smooth compared to my other cars. Not as smooth as my Cadillac used to but nothing was as smooth as that monster. ??

After a year and eight month of ownership (MME GT) I’ve gotten used to the ride. It drives like a sport car, thus I feel it’s a good compromise between sportiness and comfort.
