Mach-E won’t stop charging to 100%

I’ve tried changing the settings both in the car and within FordPass so that it only charges to 90%. But whenever I plug it in, it shows a target level of 100%. Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you sure you have that location set to “Use preferred charge settings” and not “Charge when plugged in”?

I've had that issue also. The app kept wanting to charge to 100% and I believe that I just changed the setting to preferred while it was charging.
