I’ve been told several times it looks like a Tesla from the front??‍

It's actually not wrong, I mistake a lot of Model Ys for the MME from far away all the time from the front.

I get lots of comments on the Bolt but they are all color related, people really like Oasis Blue.

Most common questions I get are already posted:

How far will it go on a charge?
How long does it take to charge?

I have also gotten the hybrid question and even after telling them that the car was all-electric they ask how far the gas tank takes me or the size of the engine. ??

And then there is the obligatory “Is that the new 4-door Mustang?” To which I answer “5 doors!” ??

I have had my MME since July 16th. I have been asked numerous questions from curious folks. I wanted to share some of those questions I received with you guys.

Most asked question so far: What is it?
(What do you mean what is it. Do people not internet like I do?)
2nd most asked question: How far can you go on a charge, you use gas too right?
(Nope, no gas. I charge at home while sleeping)
Most bizarre question so far:
I was putting groceries in the car at Harris Teeter. Guy parked in front of me said “ Oh, that’s the new mustang?”. I reply yes, it’s Fords new Electric Mustang. He replies, “Great, is it a V8?” I just stared at him strangely for a few seconds.
(Nope, no engine)

As a side note, I have had so many supped up Honda civics, F150s, F250s, and Chargers try to race me.?? It’s getting ridiculous. I’m not a teenager (40+ years old)

I laughingly claim that my least favorite part of the car is that I'm an introvert and tire of strangers coming up to talk to me about it.

The best part of these idiots that want to race me is when they finally catch up and go flying past me at 20+ over the speed limit. Dudes, the race was over when I hit the speed limit and quit accelerating, them catching up 15 seconds later isn't the victory they think it is.

It's been asked a number of different ways, but everyone wants to know "Is it fast?"

My favorite was a neighbor that came over to ask about it. Said he was interested in one but wasn't sure if it was fast enough for him. I promised it was more that fast enough. He told me he really likes his Explorer ST that does 0-60 in 5.6s and he about choked when I told him I could beat that by almost a second and the GTs were even faster.

My response is “No, but it’s quick.” 103-ish trap speed and 124mph top end is not fast. 3.6s to 60 is quick. ??

I've had my Mach E for 16 months now and hardly anyone notices. Almost no questions or queries about the car. Where I live it's just another car among tens of millions of cars. My neighbor, two doors down, didn't even know it was an electric car until he got a Tesla and I said, "welcome to the EV club." His response is, "Wait, what? Your car is electric?"

I get asked about this car every single day so far. It’s still very rare here. I had 2 guys on lawnmowers stop me at the gas station today. ( still need my diet dr.pepper) I don’t mind chatting about the car. The loved the ice blue color.

Yes! I finally got it. No dealer issues. Refunded my money for that crazy $899 program I didn’t want. So far, it’s been a joy to drive. I have 2500 miles on it!!

One of the most common questions I get is - "Is it fun to drive?" My answer is always the same, "YES." Another is on the color. Everyone wants to know if my Space White MME is white, silver, blue, gray, you name it - ha!
