By my math, there are only 6000ish adapters sold so far. 6000 transactions in three hours. 33 Transactions per minute. If the Ford services site is collapsing, they absolutely have daily issues that probably have the SA’s curled up in the fetal position in a corner. Two years ago it was an infrastructure team problem. Now that problem resides farther up the management stack.

Finally got through (Canadian page).

I had been stuck in the 'click reservation' death cycle for a while, but opened up a fresh Chrome page, went to Ford.ca and signed in, followed the prompts in connected services, and got the reservation.
