New Climate Settings in FordPass App

'23 GT with ECG-24.2.5.6.2 installed

IOS 18.0.1 with Fordpass 5.6.0

I got nothing in regards to climate controls....

Well, Friday night my car updated to the newest version. Didn't get a chance to test it yesterday, but today when I set up the remote start the climate and options were there!

Must've gotten added with the last update I guess cause it wasn't there Friday

Personally I’ve never understood how switching to C is supposed to reduce my number of cords. But I guess I don’t go out and upgrade every device I own right away

It was never intended to be easier or reduce anything. It was done because the European Union mandated a single type of connector. A standard enforced by law. Apple chose to settle on usb-c rather than have multiple phone types moving forward (USB-C and lightning).

Pretty easy for me. I don't have any lightning cords around here. I still have a few micro usb cords though.

No software updates for car, phone, or FordPass since yesterday, when the climate controls weren't present.

But this morning, here they suddenly are:

Yes, I received that a number of weeks back, long enough that it no longer appears in the FordPass application.

Yeah, I don't see it either, and I'm on the latest version of Fordpass. I assume this feature must be applied to the car first.

If that is the case, and there is an option to select in the car, I would love to know.

I’m in the Ford Pass beta test group for over a year now, testing out new features all the time and I don’t have this update ?

I’m assuming that no one with a 2021 has gotten this, and it’s stuck in the update queue behind us receiving BlueCruise 1.2.
