Did you already do all of the FDRS updates yourself, you're just missing the last update to 364?If it's any consolation, my car still doesn't show any updates in FDRS, according to my and my dealer's login

Finally got my Car today. They have completed all the updates but according to the dealership BlueCruise is still not active because they have not yet released it. They informed me that I will get it soon via an OTA update to activate the BlueCruise Functionality. So 21G01 is completed but no BlueCruise yet.I still have not gotten my car. They started working on it on MOnday morning and the service agent called me MOnday evening and told me that they have finished 3 of the 5 updates. The remaining 2 updates will take at least 8 more hours. I am expecting to hear back from them tomorrow.
Yes, I have done all of the available updates myselfDid you already do all of the FDRS updates yourself, you're just missing the last update to 364?
Your not alone then, I'm in the same boat. I was stuck on 1.7.1, so spent most of last Friday and Sat doing the 1.7.1 fix (TSB 22-2117) and then all of the the (21G01) updates. My FDRS was showing no updates left to apply and that last APIM update still leaves me with SYNC 22028_PRODUCT Revision 358, which sounds like it's one version we need to fully activate BlueCruise.Yes, I have done all of the available updates myself
If no BlueCruise, then 21G01 has not been completed. So 21G01 is completed but no BlueCruise yet.
do you know if your MME has 21P22: SOFTWARE CALIBRATION UPDATE open still?Your not alone then, I'm in the same boat. *The* tech at my dealership is an employee of the company. He is apparently of sufficient expertise and intelligence that Ford directs problem cars from other dealerships to him for solutions as well. And so Ford pays him separately for those efforts. My salesperson told me that he had graduated at the top of his class. He also said that when it came to the Mach-E that the techs were paid more to fix those issues than other Ford vehicles. This was about six months ago we had that conversation. Don't know if that's still true. I don't know who owns the laptop and VCM adapter and FDRS license that the tech uses but this is a small dealership and I would think that they (dealership) own it. I could be wrong.I never even thought of that? I thought they were hourly employees of the dealership?
Uhhhmmm...no. That's not right. Since 21G01 ends with a successful test drive on a BlueCruise highway they are clearly not done yet. They didn't go back to see if there were anymore updates showing up after they did a few. Finally got my Car today. They have completed all the updates but according to the dealership BlueCruise is still not active because they have not yet released it. They informed me that I will get it soon via an OTA update to activate the BlueCruise Functionality. So 21G01 is completed but no BlueCruise yet.
I can recommend using a Mongoose cable over any of the others (like the Nano, or a wifi/bluetooth device). The Mongoose has an outstanding track record with those of us who have done the FDRS thing ourselves. It's spendy but worth it. In fact there are some things in FDRS you should specifically not do using a Nano VCX so read that forum note before purchase of your adapter (if possible).I just called my service manager about this program letter and I asked when they can schedule my car for the update. I was told it might be 60 days before they have a spot for my car.
In other words, no OTA, Piss off! I guess this coming weekend I will be buying another FDRS license and doing it myself.
Thanks Ford for dragging ass while Job 1 turns into Job 0.
Job 1 cars that didn't get it from the factory will get a "complimentary" 1 year activation from the time BC is activated, as token compensation for the a**pain of going without it for the first year or so of your ownership.is it true that BlueCruise is complementary for one year for certain cars?
Sure. Can someone do a VIN check on my car? Its day 2 of 21G01 programming and dealer is saying "Our tech is still experiencing delays with the programming".
