Order cancelled unexpectedly?

That was my thought too. I thought cjljr41 posted earlier that the dealer was going to enter their order. Wondering if the dealer put in a brand new order and then cancelled the reservation.

Emailed the dealer and he didn't know why it was cancelled. Called Ford, and I was told that it was cancelled by "GOMS" (whatever that means). I asked if it was cancelled via the Internet (someone hacked my account?), or by phone (someone messing with me). Ford will contact me in a couple of days with more info. In the meantime, I placed another order. I told the dealer I was concerned that this would delay my vehicle since it would appear I ordered the vehicle today without regard to my reservation that I've had since last December. He said they would link the new order to the old order (if that's even a thing...).

Good. Hopefully they can link it back to the original reservation. Others have had their reservations linked in later.
