depends on your build type. some of my friend are crazy long in the torso but not so much the legs...lol
Haha. That's me. Stupid short legs. I'm 5'8" my son is 6'2". We're both the same height when sitting at a table or in a car. My torso is long, arms are long, legs like a gorilla.

Save yourself the agony of the decision and get a Rally instead (they come loaded with everything except the pano-roof).
I bought a Rally and with the rear windows tinted it gets quite dark back there. I do wish there was an option to have a glass roof or even a regular sunroof.

I forgot I had a pano roof until you started this thread ? . I guess mine doesn't bother me. My backseat passengers seem to enjoy it on clear nights.

I love the pano roof but live in PNW with temperate weather. Still never had an issue on hot sunny days with glare or heat transfer. The first pano roof I had was on a '13 Audi Allroad, loved it and never looked back. I'll take pano over headliner every time.

I’m about to order a 2025 GT and am on the fence about the panoramic roof. Just wondering if anyone who has the glass roof would recommend otherwise. Also curious if any uses a sunshade on the roof.

I have a panoramic roof in my current car but always leave the built-in shade closed in the warmer months. Wondering if I should skip it this time.
We have a panoramic roof. The biggest issue is it's a source of cold air when temperatures are very low, meaning you need to expend more power heating the vehicle interior. The built-in tint does a fine job of keeping things cool in the summer. It does let in more light, which is nice. After the novelty wears off, I forget it's there and never tend to look up through the roof. It's an option I can easily skip, if I'm looking to save some dollars on the price.

We love our panoramic roof and have had no problems with excess heat here in Hawaii. It's great for people in the back seat to see the mountains on the way home!

We have it; it doesn't make the car too hot or cold. At the time, if we wanted a MachE this was the only one available ... so we didn't choose the pano but I have nothing bad to say about it.

I imagine it would make putting a roof rack on hard; so if that is important to you factor it in.

Love the pano roof. I have been in very hot areas with it and it doesn't warm up at all. The coating is incredible.

No one looks through the roof while in the car. The point of the pano roof is to allow an incredible amount of light in and to make sitting in the car feel more airy and pleasant.

But looks like it is a controversial feature and glad that Ford made it optional.

We love our panoramic roof .. have never had a heat problem but we live in the Midwest, really like the open feeling.

My only regret is the chip in the leading edge of mine. If I ever get the windshield and roof replaced I'll have to shop for insurance for a decade again. Redonkulas.

I love my panoramic roof! In fact it was one of the (many) positive aspects of the car when I first saw one in the flesh. It’s great and I can’t imagine a Mustang Mach E without it (of course, I also love convertibles and the panoramic roof provides that “open car” feeling to an extent. I just wish they had made it retractable like the old Lincoln MKZs roof!)

One thing I forgot in my first post: drivers don’t get to see out of the roof except at long lights.

But I do sit far enough back that the edge of the roof is just in my peripheral vision. If you’ve got longer legs, you may get more. So it actually does change the driving experience for me that way as well as through reflected light. It just really makes you feel more like you’re outside while still having a nice HVAC system.

Also to those folks talking about roll-over crashes, you’re relying on the pillars for that with either model…
