In February when Ford heavily discounted the MME I took advantage of upgrading from a premium standard range to a GT extended range. Literally an even exchange. Since taking delivery PAAK occasionally works. I arranged the settings to my liking. Puddle lights auto lock with a chirp etc. none took hold. I’ve been on Ford Pass multiple times and just been told it’s software and to see my dealership. It’s went the shop for three days and returned with either no issues or been addressed. Friday after work none of the issues addressed. My service advisor is great but the techs basically seemed not to care. It’s going back tomorrow but I’m still angry and also apprehensive nothing gets done. Any suggestions?
