I'm in the same boat, Premium build 1/24. I still think I'm leaning towards the FE

Its a personal decision right. For waiting a month, The premium AWD ER saves 3600 over FE. Unless I really really want the FE cosmetic features and I am not sure the FE is worth 3600 for me with just a month between them. It would have been a different decision had there been say 6 months between them and FE was a 2020 delivery.

But we have a few months to decide. if I cant control my emotions, I may just sign the dotted line for the Rapid Red FE

Probably right? Until we see some delivery dates we wont know given the mix of trains/trucks etc. But reasonable to assume 4 weeks I think - that is what I am estimating

My dealer provided me with my VIN today, production date is same as he stated last week 1/4/21.

the mache drop was right at 300 in total. No word on builds yet. First, editions supposed to be done by January 11th.

There are still plenty of slots open for December for people to get build dates. Some people still could get away early build date.

We are getting build dates for MachDrops - most of them in Jan first week.

If there are plenty of slots open in Dec - I wonder why they have not been utilized first - or they are pre allocated but not communicated yet.

I'll go out on a limb and say that's pretty close to very first considering COVID!
