I just received 4.1.3
Extended my hands free subscription a few years.

Mine says this too and shipped from the factory with 4.1.3

Maybe this is temporary and will be “fixed” in a future update? Maybe it doesn’t even matter because they store the subscription info on the server instead of on the car?

Yes, the 50 year extension is a temporary workaround. It will change back to a normal date at some point in the future.

I'm not going to read every reply on 13 pages of this thread. Has anyone figured out more about what the Carplay update actually does? I haven't had Carplay issues for several versions.

I got it today too. Anyone know what the CarPlay improvement actually is?

They made CarPlay work more like Android Auto by changing Auto Android to look the same as CarPlay.

This improves the experience for customers switching to Android.

Most likely that is just a small patch to fix a problem, not a full power up

After this update my flash drive music usb media inputs either don't work at all, or are very slow to load or only can recognize one usb input at a time. weird coincidence I guess. probably need a dreaded master reset.

Ford!!!! Now we need a gage showing our charging speed per KWH.
Also increase our charging speed to maintain our max rate of 150KWH longer.

I didn't read the previous 14 pages, but just tried 4.1.3 and happy with it so far.

The 1 button 360 degree camera enable is great. I was asking for that for months here. Would be nice if we can short cut anything else we use a lot.

Will need to try some of the other turn dial things more, but like the 3 buttons on top vs. the old setup. It was hard to find (for me) the apps/nav (when android auto breaks) under the old menu system.

Font also looks larger overall.
