2.6 is just the re-numbered/updated version of the 2.3 OTA.

For the new OTA updates take the old OTA numbers and add X.3.X to it. Just slight coding refinements from the prior versions. So for example the next one instead of 2.4.1 would be now be 2.7.1.

Some EA people had issues with the OTA's installing properly. Purely speculation: that they updated the coding to enable smoother installations when the OTAs roll out to the wider group.

I wonder if I can just change the revision numbers to our drawing packages and send them to my customers so they think we are actually making updates? This might be a totally new revenue stream for us....

I got 2.6.0 today and it has the same updated items I received a while ago with the games. I was already on 2.4.1, so what's going on? I signed up for Early Access and I still don't have blue Cruise.

2.6 is the revised 2.3. The 2.6 and 2.4.1 OTAs update different modules so it’s fine if they are done in a different sequence.

Me too I got the no ea email getting me all excited so let's hope since been a long time they are quick to get people on the road for travel
