This is true if the work was completed in the past couple weeks since that TSB was published.

It’s possible the dealer did not do the software updates they were supposed to do as well.
The HVBJB recall was completed yesterday and all modules listed in the recall were updated (confirmed by someone with access to FDRS)

I have an appt on Monday to replace the HVBJB. However, I am now seeing on my Ford Pass recall page that "remedy not yet available". Has there been more issues with the replacement part, or have they run of them?
I will call my dealership, but from past experiences they will not return my call or know how to answer the question if they do.

Finally called my dealer to try and schedule this, and they tell me: "Ford is actually reaching out to customers directly to schedule, we aren't doing the scheduling ourselves."

Time to call around.
Wow they can't read. That call is only for people that have a sudden failure with stop safely now. Ford will not reach out to schedule recall repairs, dealer needs to do that when customers call.

I have actually been called by Ford twice. Once to help set up an appointment but I already had done so. Then today they called to follow-up. I actually delayed the service by two weeks so I imagine they will call me again. I was a bit surprised that Ford called me directly.

I had an appointment scheduled for next week. Finally it was cancelled today, since Ford is only allocating parts to non-functional cars only. Is this something new?

I received a remanufactured part with a different part number than many have referenced.

I wish I had waited. Be patient.

I too had an appointment scheduled for Feb 7th but Dealer called and said they have not gotten the new part and there seems to be an issue getting it. They will call me when they can get one. I have 21 premium EX but have had no issues with mine. So it might be that since I don't have any issues that supports the parts going to impacted cars first.

Mine was scheduled for today. They confirmed that they did NOT get the parts, so still waiting.

Ok so I noticed my HVB SOH went down by 3% after the HVBJB recall was done and the various modules updated. Pre recall, the HVB SOH as reported by car scanner was 95.5%. Post recall, it is showing 92.5% (42k miles 2021 job 1).
So some how it lost 3% of the HVB health with the software updates. (looks like most of the modules updated in the recall was also listed in power up 6.6.0 which I haven't gotten yet).

It’s just a number in software, the actual capacity of the battery hasn’t changed. It may adjust back over time after doing a battery calibration.

Mine went in a day early as the loaner showed up today. An Edge, I'm on edge lol.

Mine goes in Friday. Part is here (has been since December.) 22 GT. I Delayed my first appointment by two weeks.

I had a positive experience with the 23S56 recall. I called my dealer (Mossy Ford) in the middle of January and they said they could order the part. If I waited until Jan 25 I could get a loaner, which turned out to be a 2023 RWD extended range Premium. Using the map on the app I saw my car sit on the lot until Sunday, go into the shop on Monday, have 9 miles added to the odometer on Wednesday morning, and got a call to pick it up Wednesday afternoon.
Everything and more was done. The HVBJB was replaced with part LK9Z-10C666-C, Customer Satisfaction Programs 22B48 and 23B50 were performed as expected. In addition, 22P31B was performed, replacing rear electronic parking brake connectors. It was also a 10,000 mile service, which included rotating the tires. The car had just been washed and was fully charged when I picked it up.
The total charge was $40 for rotating the tires, which was paid for with Ford Pass Rewards Points. I did get the signed gift card from the dealer that said Ford would give me 30K Points, and send me a mobile phone charger mat and a $50 gift card.
One thing that I would like to mention is that the loaner vehicle was a very nice car with smooth suspension and comfortable seats and excellent range. However, compared with my GTPE, it is not as exciting to drive!

On Jan 15 I took mine in for 20K service and so they could check out the car before ordering the parts for the recall which they required. When I picked it up they said all good and they ordered the parts and scheduled the service for Feb 5. I dropped it off today at 7AM and by the end of the day the battery is still sitting on a table. I'm heading over in a few minutes to get a loaner car. They made it clear they were doing me a big favor in providing the loaner because they only provide them to customers that purchased their car there (which I didn't), but since my battery was sitting on a table they would make an exception. I pointed out that the recall includes coverage for a loaner car but they said that is for a rental and these loaners are paid for by their dealer blah, blah, blah...
