My part is allegedly on order, due to arrive in February.

We'll see if it's "my" part, or if it ends up being used for something else. I do hope they keep the supply line different for repairs versus recalls.
Got a call today that the parts are in, and it's heading in next Wednesday. I'll confirm part numbers when I arrive for the appointment. Just wanted to share that the initial estimate of February is now approximately 2 weeks early...

Well my FE went in for the recall today. Never had any issues with it so I'm feeling paranoid to have it messed with, but fingers crossed I'll have it back before the weekend.

I actually wasn't in any hurry to schedule it, but the dealer kept reaching out about a recall on my Maverick, so when I called them back about that, I just asked about the Mach E. They said the parts were on back order, then the next day they called and said the parts came in...

Mine is going in on Monday. Surprised dealer actually said they'll have a loaner for me. They said they'll need my car for a few days. We'll see, last time they said they needed 2-3 days to do the windshield and sunroof recall, ended up taking a week.

Oh forgot to say, the dealer initially said it would be done in a day (based on the hours quoted in the recall) but they were quickly corrected, so they also offered me a loaner.. I turned it down because I cannot drive two cars at once and if it's not dither mach E I'll take my maverick.

So it seems Ford might be improving on access to loaners now as inventory recovers.

Naah, loaners are dealer-specific. The three dealers closest to my home don't have loaners of any sort. A few dealers in the area do have loaners, but they're the exception. ?‍♂?

Same here. Took about 2 weeks for the part to come in. They are doing the following:
  • 22P31 REPLACE THE ELECTRONIC PARKING BRAKE HARNESS CONNECTOR
  • 23B50 CHARGE CORD STUCK REPROGRAM BATTERY CHARGE CONTROL MODULE
  • 23S56 HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY JUNCTION BOX HVBJB REPLACEMENT AND POWERTR
I figure it will be there several days. Will update on my experience. So far during the car's life, the dealer has been a good one.

They picked my car up and after about 1 hour I got a call from the dealer that said we are bringing your car back the replacement part is not in stock. This despite me asking when they made the appt if the part was available and she said it was. So now I have my car back and waiting for them to receive the part to come get it again.

If I were you, I would confirm that you are getting the new HVBJB part from the dealer before getting the recall done. Several forum members with non-GT cars are getting old versions of the HVBJB installed because apparently the non-GT parts are not yet fully available. Some on here have said the older parts have the same contactors and are just as good as the new parts, but why take that risk.

Here are the new part #'s to ask for:

GT: LK9Z-10C666-C
AWD non-GT: NK4Z-10C666-E
RWD non-GT: NK4Z-10C666-F

I received a “Remanufactured“ HVBJB earlier this week when I took it in for the recall. I’m bummed that the dealer would conduct the “recall” with parts that were not consistent with the recall.

How do you know it was remanufactured?
Different part number
