Mine stayed the same for a bit, then went up 0.5%.
My '22 GT had the HVBJB recall replacement done last month. Before the replacement my HVB SOH was 97.5%. I just checked it again today with my Veepeak OBD II tool with Car Scanner and it is now 92.5%. Why would it drop 5% after the HVBJB replacement? 7.5% battery degradation seems pretty extreme to me after 22 months, 7000 relatively gentle miles, all L2 charging at 2 - 7 kW, and keeping the charge level between 30% and 80%. Have others seen this sudden drop? What gives?

Not sure why people would believe the SOH readings any more than anything else about our batteries.

The numbers are all estimates anyways. There is no reason to believe your SOH changed at all. The HVBJB is external to the battery cells and won’t affect SOH.

More likely your calculations all reset because the battery was disconnected and now it’s winter (cold outside).

I contacted my dealer (Korum) about the recalls on Jan 24th, they called me yesterday and said they had the parts needed. I will be taking my MME in on Friday for the repairs. They said they have two other cars lined up for these and will be doing all three together. So far I am happy with their handling of the process, hopefully all will go smoothly.
I dropped off my MME yesterday morning at 9:00 and got a Bronco Sport loaner. My MME was ready at 2:00 p.m. today, HVBJB, parking brake and charger cord CSPs done, along with the 20k maintenance. All went very well, I was quite pleased at how smoothly it went.
I took the Bronco sport out for a drive on a logging road and got it dirty. The Bronco sport was not impressive, my F-150 beats it in every way except the turning radius. The Bronco looks nice, but it's just a boring Escape underneath.

That SoH is totally normal. Don't worry about it. Mine is 92.5% also. It may come up in the summer months. I suggest you do a HVB BMS recalibration by following the procedure Lee outlined a while ago. Basically you charge to 100%, drive it down to 10%, and then charge it back to 100%.

@Mach-Lee, am I remembering the procedure correctly?

I think this survey is getting stale, but you shouldn't be worried:

What is the Ford policy on providing a car while your MachE is getting this recall handled?
Dropped my GTPE off at College Station Ford and then was shuttled to Hertz. Was informed upfront by Hertz (Hertz guy was great) that Ford will only pay a flat $40/day, and taxes, etc are on my account. He wanted to make sure I understood. I called the service advisor and he confirmed......am not pleased even if it is only $20 or ?
Would appreciate any feedback.

That is the number I have seen used many times on the forum. Not sure if there is a way to try to get more than that.

When I contacted Ford corporate about this, they said they will cover 100% of the cost of a rental for 2 days (more if dealer needs more time to perform the recall).
But my dealer says Ford will only pay $35/day and only for another Ford from Hertz. The local Hertz either don't have any Ford vehicles available for rent or they cost $100+/day once you add all the taxes/fees.

I was lucky when I brought my car in for the recall, the dealer said they had a loaner available (which is extremely unusual for this dealer). They gave me a almost new MME for a loaner. They had my car for a full week to do this recall.

My GOM seems to be giving higher numbers since this recall was done. I have lately been getting about 204 miles at 85%, but today I have 215 miles after the charge. I will try a 100% charge on Thursday as I have a few places to go on Friday.

Reporting great work done by Ford Walnut Creek (California).

After waiting for my parts to come in, I made the drop-off at 8am yesterday (Tuesday) morning. Around 5:30p the same day I got a call it would be ready the next day. They still had to do a few closing things early the next morning (Wens) as they knew I was coming from too far away to make it back in time. Picked it up this morning and can now close the case.

I didn't receive that note about the free wireless charger tray, $50, or points that was posted earlier in this thread. Is that something folks have gotten?

Anyone heard any (reliable) information from their dealer about how long the HVBJB is taking to arrive after they order the part? I finally found a dealer who was willing to do the recall but they still insisted on me bringing the car in before they ordered the part...at least I got the parking brake harness and charge port fixes.

It took one day for my dealer to get the parts. I have a GT, so it is probably different for other models.

Three business days for me, back in late December 2023. There was a special order system called COPIS used by the dealer.

I received a call from the dealership on 2/14. The SA said I was on a list provided by Ford indicating I needed the recall and asked if I was ready for the part to be ordered. He did say it would take a while to get the part.

He said Ford is covering a rental/loaner and I will be getting FP rewards points for the inconvenience.

Fast forward, I’m dropping it off today for them to complete the work over the next 2-3 days.

Update: got the same card someone else posted indicating I’ll be receiving 30k points, a new charging mat, and a gift card.

Did they actively contact you to schedule? I haven't heard anything yet and ford.com says the remedy isn't available yet so I was planning to wait a couple weeks to see if anything changes.
