I just checked my ford.com account and realized that the status of the recall has changed. It now says "recall incomplete, remedy not yet available". I have a 22 AWD ER premium. Earlier it had said "parts are now available ...".
Current Remedy description below:
Remedy
Ford Motor Company is working closely with its suppliers to produce parts for this repair. When parts become available, Ford Motor Company will notify you via mail to schedule a service appointment with your dealer for repairs to be completed free of charge parts and labor. When parts are available, Ford Motor Company will send a letter to inform you that parts are available and to contact your dealer to schedule a repair. Ford has not issued instructions to stop driving your vehicle under this safety recall. Until the required part has been installed on your vehicle, Ford recommends avoiding repeated back-to-back wide open pedal accelerations using dc fast charging only when necessary-example long trips.

Just checked my Ford account, and it has now been changed from "parts now available" to "recall incomplete, remedy no yet available".

So the dealer was informed, and not dragging their feet.
I guess the updated/re-engineered HVBJB does not work to specifications.

So, everyone that had the recall work done from late December until last week has a "new" part that yet again does not work to specifications, and is bound to fail......again?!?!?

Glad I waited for the recall work, but seriously, how does Ford get it wrong.
They rushed a "re-designed" HVBJB out, only to find that it is still not good enough?!?!

This looks really bad.

They’re probably out of parts, it doesn’t mean the fix was invalid. They will change the status back when they have more parts and can call in more cars for repairs.

Perhaps you are correct, but why have dealers told me, and others in this thread similarly:
"They can no longer order the part, and that Ford has put things "on hold".
They believe that there may be a new part being produced. "

If parts are really just on backorder because they cannot produce them fast enough, then why not just say that? Seems odd.

Dealer cannot even order the part, and wait for it to be produced and delivered.
Dealer stated they have no idea.

Communication to the customer is very poor.

It's been like that since the 3rd week of January.

Finally was able to get to my SA. Turns out (as she's reading to me) They did fix my hvjb with the new part (even though it shows incomplete) and proceeded to fix the majority of other issues I brought up.
However I shot myself in the foot by mentioning the IPC buzz. So it's sitting waiting for 'the guy' that writes the milage into the IPC to write the milage into the IPC and ship out my 36100 mile cluster.
And I guess Ford pushed back hard on the 4 door button panels being cracked, which also hasn't shipped.
It's been like that since the 3rd week of January.
Lucky me I called and scheduled during the second week.

Are there any GTs that are waiting for parts? Could it be only the Premiums are waiting? The part for my car came in one day.

My GTPE was scheduled to go in tomorrow, but the dealer called and rescheduled for 2 weeks out. No real explanation: could be parts, EV tech availability (they have 2) or backup behind other MMEs.

I dunno, have we had any failures reported yet of a car post recall?

Seems like that has been super quiet.
Mine failed on the way home. Does that count? To be honest, I’m not sure if it’s the HVBJB or the broken harnesses.

If it counts for anything, they are a Ford owned dealership with a bunch of chargers out front so it feels like they are more with it then an independent dealer who might not be on board with EVs. Will ask again when I pick it up.
You are mistaken, Ford owns no dealerships.

I was not aware that Ford owns any dealerships. That defeats the purpose of the dealership model.

How many do they own?
None. Experiment ended in 2001.

Only counts if it’s the HVBJB. ?

Did a little more research and indeed it is independent. Could have sworn someone told me there they were owned by Ford. I retract it. But I will still take credit for the fix being still developed!

I think everyone that is being told they can't do the replacement because of HVBJB availability are not GTs. They use a different part so it makes sense they might be on pause but not GTs. GTs are at higher risk of failure so maybe they are getting priority.

All conjecture, of course.
