Is there anywhere that sells only the plastic outer lens for the headlights? My wife was driving this morning and hit a crow/vulture and thankfully this appears to be the only damage (aside from some paint scratches). Ford wants over $1600 for the whole headlight assembly. The lights still work fine.

Unfortunately those are sealed units and not practical to replace just the lens.

I'd find the part number and search eBay / local junkyards. I found a rear taillight for $300 used when they go for $1k new.

Left headlight part #: LJ8B-13E015-DG

If you are going the used route, be aware that the Select uses a different headlight than the Premium and the GT (so that you get the correct unit). ??

Kind of figured. It is a select. How hard it is to remove and replace the whole assembly? Is it all from up top under the panels in the frunk?

Pretty sure you're going to have to remove the front bumper cover and at least a couple of the frunk covers. At least that's what the repair manual says - not sure if anyone has figured out an easier way. From there it's just like 4 bolts and an electrical connection.

The headlight extends under the bumper cover. The bumper cover needs to be removed because of this. ??

Well the good news is I checked it in person and all the lights work. I'm hoping I can just re-seal the crack with epoxy for now and put a film over it. It's not nearly as bad as I thought it was.

I had the same experience, but with a taillight. I was able to use silicone calk since the cracks were not obscuring the light.
