Maybe someone can figure out what I can’t. I plugged into a 150 EA charger for 17 minutes.
Yet I somehow put 80kW into my car in that 17 minutes.

Actually after talking to the BEV team this morning (who swear I can't possily use P&C, which yup, I can't) I started digging through my DCFC charge history which was an eye opener. From my First charge in January to last weekends snafu all kinds of free kW has gone missing.

29% of 91 is 26.39kWh.

At a rate of roughly 1.6 kW per min, that would be 17 minutes.

So, right on. EA is clearly charging, you for the previous person's session.

I've encountered gross differences between energy delivered and energy logged by FordPass. For me, the EA number has made sense when FordPass has not.

Here is my mothers day cake story. At the time, I attributed the errors to whatever algorithm Ford uses to track "trips." Your story is even stranger.

on the other side of the ledger, my BOCN EA balance hasn't deducted any kWh in the last 3 sessions. maybe now we know what account they're being deducted from. ?

Yeah I think that's exactly what happend.
Want to know the kicker? The previous charger was, a, MACH-E as well! (who charged 72% added, I saw the bar when she went to unplug)
I plugged in about 2 minutes after they unplugged. I manually activated the charger, waited, plugged in, got in, still waiting for "Activating" or whatever the circle is while it's loading, got out when it finally went to the screen to "Start". Which I had to click Start (I have to every time) got in the car.
The % meter was correct. Power delivered went to 2kW then 74kW as it continues to charge 27% (on the % meter) the power delivered slowly crept up to 78.something when I stopped it.

Few min later I got the FP email and WTF'd it.
