Thought I might be one of the lucky ones and not have any issues. Wrong!

Car is now in turtle mode w/ Service Vehicle Soon on screen. Range dropped from 300 to 240. Plugged my OBD2 scanner in just out of curiosity. Got code P0024. That returns nothing from a search.

Tow truck is on its way. Ford dealer is telling me no loaners and no rentals available. Said I can rent a car on my own, but will only be reimbursed if I rent another Ford. Anyone know if thats true? Going to be difficult to do that.

At least they can take care of the PAAK recall while its there...

Happy Happy joy joy!

haha thanks. If it was that, I could fix it lol

Just found out the tow hook is missing from the trunk, too. Theres a cutout in the foam for it, but no hook. Anyone else missing theirs?
I think I remember reading in another thread that the tow hook is only supplied in European models (by law). We're not supposed to tow by hook.

Make sure it is on a flatbed as they should not be pulled. I am well experienced with mine getting towed if you check my history.

Side note. I have had the same issue with mine. It will start again and work about 4-6 hours later. You may be able to drive it to the dealership. Godspeed

Interesting. Fairly sure they used that hook to secure it to the railroad car on its way here. Guess I'll have to pick one up for when it has to get towed again lol

No hooks in US. All of our trunks are missing it.

Don't buy a HOOK. There is no place to install it on our Mach E.

No.
The point used to get the car up onto the flat bed (if it can’t be driven), is in the front middle of the car underneath the Frunk area.

There’s a diagram of it somewhere in these forums. Someone may recall the thread it’s in.

How very stupid of Ford not to have this for USA Mach E's
Is there maybe threads for it behind the tin piece where
hood wires are ? The frames should be the same. Maybe
for some STUPID reason they tinned over it. Holesaw anyone ???

Update on this. Found out yesterday one of the battery packs is bad; needs replaced. Told it will take at least 2 months to get vehicle back... So thats just great. They did give us a brand new Explorer as a loaner. Could've been worse, I guess.

Did find out the car has an 'incline warning' that sets the alarm off and sends msgs when it detects its getting towed. Thats pretty cool. Oh well.
