Can I use a Tesla supercharger and if so what do I need to hook it up to my 2023 Mach E? I'm planning a trip from my home in Maryland to the Adirondacks (Schroon Lake) and its 476 miles. I have the standard battery (approx 230 miles), so I'll need to stop around half way. But I don't want to include an overnight stay. So was wondering if I could use one of the Tesla supercharging stations, which would minimize my charging time to a few hours. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Theoretically, you should have the software update in your FordPass to indicate you have Supercharger access. You're gonna need a NACS adapter though.
Update was for plug and charge. Access was unlocked on Tesla side. You can use Tesla without said update. Just have to activate differently.

Tesla Supercharger will get you charged in minutes not hours.
Are there no CCS chargers available on your route?

These are all the non-tesla chargers available that will charge your car to 80% in 30-40 minutes.

You need the NACS adapter. If Ford hasn’t sent one to you, you can order the A2Z model, but be aware that shipping from A2Z is about 2 weeks. Also, the A2Z adapter needs to be used several times before it becomes easier to fit into the supercharger handle.

Also, you should use the Tesla app or website to determine which superchargers are open to NACS compatible vehicles along your route. There is a NACS filter on the Tesla website. You enter your vehicle into the Tesla app and it’ll provide you with the compatible stations.

You will need the CCS/NACS adapter, be either enrolled in Plug & Charge or the Tesla network, a Tesla Supercharger that can charge at 250kW.
OK where do I get an adapter from and how do I enroll in the Plug and Charge. Assuming I can do all this, do I just pull up to a Tesla charging station and hook it up. At 250kW how long would it take to charge?

Last I looked, there was several Magic Dock options in the Northeast. Not sure if any will be proximate to where you need to stop half way.
If you open the Tesla app and tell it you have a MachE without NACS adapter, it will only show you Magic Dock locations.

You have to buy one online. It will take a while to get it in your hands. Not sure when your trip is.
It will take the same amount of time to charge as any other DCFC. Our cars can only take a max of 150kw.

There are plenty of magic docks in NY and along the way, you likely do not need an adapter.

Thanks. Late July. So it sounds like I cannot use that option. So how long would it take at a regular charging station

Here's the answer to the next question you haven't asked yet....
Most likely, you'll need at least 2 adjacent spots to be free in order to charge your MachE at a Tesla SC.
This is because the MachE charge port is drivers-side front, whereas a Tesla charge port is drivers-side rear and they have to back in. The charger you use will block a Tesla from using the adjacent spot. (unless you are able to grab the end spot)
Also, because of cable length, you are going to have pull wayyy forward until your bumper is over the curb and almost touching the dispenser.

Tesla SC and EA are going to charge your car at similar speeds. People tend to prefer Tesla stations because they are more reliable than EA.

There are other options. Download PlugShare app and look for CCS chargers with at least 150Kw capacity.

These are all the non-tesla chargers available to you. It will take 30-40 minutes to charge to 80%.

The charging rates at EA and Tesla are the same (for the Mach E a relatively slow charging 400V car). EA is CCS connector, Tesla has a magic dock to interface to CSS. You can use either network of chargers along the way.
