Several of us have dealt with this issue for various reasons. For me it was something in my windows installation that was screwing things up. Since I was using an old Windows laptop that I didn’t use for anything else I just went ahead and wiped it and everything was fine after that. Others have resolved the issue without taking such drastic steps!

Word to the wise however, if you do a wipe make sure you deactivate the license from your current installation of FDRS or you won’t be able to activate it after reinstalling on the new set up.

But while we're on that topic...there are some settings in internet options that should be checked as well;

The user name you covered up looks too short to be an email address. Login must be a full email and not a user name.

SO my friend has an ADAS Company and I have not recieved any updates from Ford. Is it okay for him to scan and update my MME? If so is it better to use FDRS or Forscan?

Tried both username and email address with the User Type: Non-Dealer ETIS and can't login.

You could try restarting the laptop, you can try changing your motorcraft password, and you can try loading an older version of FDRS. For whatever reason, logging in to FDRS for the first itime is a huge PITA for most people.

Ok. I've set those settings in Edge as well but still nothing. When I select Independent Operator it doesn't give me an option to enter username/password. After I click login is another box supposed to come up to enter those credentials?

I only see username/password fields when I select Non-Dealer ETIS.

Yeah it should go to an all-white page with a login dialog box in the middle.
