When it gets too hot in the cabin, does anyone know if the AC automatically turns on during the day? It’s been well over 100° here and I have always cracked my windows in previous vehicles, but I’m wondering if I even need to do that in My Mach E?

No. Ford doesn’t have an overheat protection mode.

No. It's not a concern. Granted you should remote start it at least 10m before going for a drive. You also have global windows down on the keyfob you could do first as well as from the app in bluetooth range.. Drop windows for a minute, put them back up and remote start.

Anakin: Is it possible to for the AC to turn on automatically to keep my car from getting uncomfortably warm?

Palps: Not in an MME.

Palps: The dark side of the T Car is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural.

I know Tesla makes a “dog mode” and I think we need the same option added.

When are manufacturers going to admit that black interiors and hot climates do not mix.

I did notice something funny today, which I really never had a problem with. As far as globally and remotely opening and closing the windows with the new FordPass, I thought maybe it was the FordPass app, but the windows all went down, but only three of them would come back up, the right passenger rear would not come up, it would only go halfway up and then it will go all the way down but the rest of them we’re all the way up. So went out to the car and started it and did each window individually, but that right rear passenger would not come up so I didn’t realize that you had to set each one of those buttons individually. So I just closed the window manually holding the button all the way, and then I just held it up for about five seconds, and then started going up and down by itself. I thought for a minute I had the child window down lock on or something, but not sure how that got disabled.

Sometimes the windows get out of calibration and will not automatically open or close. You will have to manually open and close the window by pressing the switch all the way and holding until the positions can be learned. Then it should work automatically again.
