the MCA membership is easier for xplan, as you say only 90 day wait, plus you can generate the pin (good for a year) immediately after joining the club, With stock I believe you have to submit a request for a pin.

Correct..and send documents showing your ownership.

Thanks…I ordered my premium 3/31/21 but was trying to find one sooner/other car options since I hadn’t Heard anything on production yet. Thanks to the advice on this forum I joined mustang club of America in April & my dealer honored X plan discount

After seeing all the rip offs on hiking prices on cars, I felt better waiting for my order, & I got the good news Friday that VIN was finally assigned & should start production 9/20??

Did they add BlueCruise for $600?

1. Spaces between panels collect so much water during car washes, lots and lots of extra drying
2. Software bugs; sometimes takes long to connect or does not at all.
3. The bouncing back and forward when you brake

Would also like a trunk and frunk opener on the key fob and both options inside, too.

Not the preferred solution but a workaround:

Turn profiles off.
Go to sound settings and set things the way you want.
Turn the car off, exit and lock it.
Return to the car, power up
Turn profiles back on.

Some big companies also qualify for the X-Plan. I work at Intel, and if you show your company badge to Sales, they immediately offer you an X-Plan even for the MME, is my understanding. So it (always) pays to ask.

Thousands of companies have this benefit.

Dunno if its what you are talking about, but you can extend the time the cameras are on. Mine stay on until I pick up speed then they shut off, want to say its like 12mph.

True that would work when reversing.

My issue is when moving forward, typically when parking, Once activated the cameras turn off when the worrisome item [pole, tree, grocery cart, bike, garbage can, etc.) leaves the sensor field of view, but it is still there somewhere along the side of the car.

A few more seconds of 360 view would help determine where along the side of the car an item is.

Shifting into reverse reactivates the system, so that is a work around.

One fob, the app (I know not technically car related but still), the insane brightness of all of the interior lighting. Even dimmed as much as possible it’s so bright for night driving.

1. Car automatically locking with PAAK and having to take my phone out the garage everytime I want to get in the car
2. No way to customize the display over the steering wheel.
3. As a Ford Focus Electric owner - I miss the endorphins of a 100% regenerative breaking stop (show me a spinny wheel!) and THE BUTTERFLIES!!! WHERE ARE MY BUTTERFLIES????? My record is 22

Problem is that if you walk on the deal they’ll just sell it to someone else.

If you have the time, buy 100 shares of Ford Stock and in 6 months can get x-plan pricing which is about $850 under MSRP with no ADM allowed. I think the wait is only 90 days without being a stockholder if you join the Mustangs of America club.

I don't think members of Mustang of America would like to have us. Also I went to the Web site and it didn't list this benefit.

I like buying the stock for about $1,357 currently. It's on the way up and $800 is not to be sneezed at.

Just think when u enter the car the wrong profile is on. If u are #1 then press user 2 & then #1. For some reason if ur fob is linked to #1 the car is using another profile.

1. Phone as Key is a disaster.
When simple tech works so intermittently that it erodes my confidence in the big stuff
2. No roof racks (was told there were 3rd party racks available)
bought an SUV that can’t haul my kayaks
3. Wish the Manual was available in the Ford Pass App on my iPad, not just on the car screen
It’s tough to learn the new tech when the screen on which you’re reading about it is the one you need to try it out
