So today while commuting home from work, I got halfway home from an approx 100km drive, and got a sudden TPMS warning
. When I checked the tire pressure via the Sync display, it had absolutely no reading whatsoever for the right rear tire, and just displayed ---. I managed to pull over to the side of the highway to check the tire, but it seemed perfectly fine to me.
So I'm wondering since this is a 2021 model, how long does the internal battery last in the TPMS sensor before the TPMS in the tire needs to be replaced?
Also, and I don't believe in coincidences.. but when I finally got home and pulled into the garage, I noticed that my proximity sensors and (all) cameras seemed to stop working. I got no beeping at all as I got close to objects or walls in the garage, and the cameras all displayed as black.
Any suggestions as to what might have caused this, and what might be wrong?
@Ford Motor Company or @Ford of Canada or anyone else with access to Ford systems, my VIN is below if you can take a peek at what might be going on?:
