? Track Your Mach-E Order by VIN # and Order #

I just checked the Ford Order Tracking site and it has worked every time. I check daily hoping for a production date, but no luck.

However here is the latest order tracking info message'
We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.

The Vin and order # are the same as before, just another Ford snafu.

I only get an invalid VIN message with this tracker. I know it is a valid VIN since the official Ford tracker recognizes it.

The dealer just gave me my VIN yesterday, and I used the Ford Tracker (with order number); it opened up a new page with a timeline on it, with the Confirmed bullet filled in (showing that my order was confirmed back on 12/11/21), but the Production dot is unfilled. Could someone tell me where to go dig up the production/build date? My dealer did tell me that it would be the end of September... with final delivery in December - making a one-year wait.

Thanks for any help - at least I have a VIN number now.

I got a VIN and build date but it's not working for me. Does it have to be in production for it work? And I can't track it on the Ford website yet either.

I received a VIN and Order number for a premium AWS standard range battery. Ordered in Dec. 2022 in Ontario, Canada. Earlier this month the rep took a screenshot of the order screen and the ETA says "1 May 2023", but he said to expect a little delay. I tried this tool, but it didn't work. Interestingly, I entered the VIN in Carfax and it found the car. It's being manufactured in Mexico. Not surprisingly, Carfax doesn't provide much info on if it's fully built yet or delivery (to state the obvious).

Update: I used Ford's order tracker website and ours will arrive the week of May 15th (!!). Excited.
