? Track Your Mach-E Order by VIN # and Order #

Hi !

The tracker has been updated using the code of CHeil402, thanks to him !

So the order field has been removed.

It does work for me now; however, the page will show the "Can't retrieve this VIN" message in red (even though it actually is working fine).

Since you have the VIN # ask your Dealer for the order number (likely alpha X followed by numeric XXX)

It doesn't work with my VIN, which I received from my dealer. Maybe it's because my Ford-account still shows, that my MME is in production, but acc. to my dealer it is already on its way to Europe...
Do I have to enter only the 17 digits of the VIN at the first entry or also the 7 digits of the order number? All in a row or separated by a "+"?
Thanks for an answer which numbers I do have to enter to track the MME...

It does not work with orders from Europe anymore. It used to until 2 or 3 weeks ago. For my order it then said shipping on 22.02.2021, arrival middle of march and delivery sometimes in may. Dealer tells me sometimes between 8th and 22th. So maybe that's the same with you? When did you confirm your order? Me on 12.12.2020.

I made the reservation 19.12.19 and ordered on 8.3.21. According to my dealer, the car was already on its way to Zürich when I ordered it and the late order didn't change anything.
Delivery was announced for begin of May, so your dates will be similar to mines, I guess.
Maybe we have the same Dealer (Zürich Nord Garage) and we'll meet at pick up ?

Followed your lead, came back " Can't Retrieve This VIN " I went to the horse and opened the drivers door and found my build date 12/20. Buying was I walked into the dealership and drove the Mach-e home on 2/19/21. I have solar and use it exclusively via the phrase II plug. Don't plan on using the DC charger if at all possible. We have two ICE vehicles which will make the long trips. I hoping if situation becomes serious the affected cars/owners hear from Ford. Thanks for this information.

2) How long are they typically marked as "awaiting shipment" (and how long does it usually take to ship? I'm in TX, for reference).

[/QUOte: Short answer is no-one really knows and the Forum is filled with examples. "usually" varies hugely.
I can only comment on my own order.
Was built Dec 15th, shipped January 5th
ATA said Febr 17th, only to pass and change to March 2nd, then after passing , to March 30th and once passed, now says May 17th.
Point is ETA changes and without explanation.
I'm in BC, Canada, so expect it would take longer than for you.
Seen many posts of people who had the cars built much later and already have their cars, so there seems to be no "usual"
