I have done a bit of research into the Grande Houston and it would seem that she has only just been handed over to Grimaldi's and this appears to be her first voyage. Now that could be a good thing as she started this voyage in the Med before coming over to the East Coast of US. Now this might mean that by the time she gets to Veracruz she could possibly have plenty of room for lots of lovely MME'S. Damn, I said I wouldn't theorise again didn't I. Sorry.

Theorise away Grahame, we have nothing else to do but wait for now!

Very much depends if you have been allocated a vehicle from a cancelled order, or if it's a new build. If you ordered online you might be able to see if a VIN is listed by checking out the Wiki document here. Alternatively give your Ford dealer a call and ask if one has been allocated.

Yep - probably won't change until it's actually confirmed as on the ship, then hopefully the online order system will update

Don't count on it. We all know how "good" Ford have been in keeping us "informed". Keep looking on here. Between us all we have probably a better idea.

I'm trying to be optimistic LMAO - in theory we SHOULD get an automated email from Ford to say it's on it's way as well. But as you say based on past performance..... ???

I ordered mine 17th Dec and have still got no build date. Dealer still thinks its looking as though it be March. Not sure if he meant this year or 2022.?

I just want to get the VIN (not ordered online unfortunately) that way I can at least track it rather than absolutely nothing!

So ordered the extended range RWD in carbonised grey and placed the order online. I did try and order on the phone with a dealer but just got told I can only order online that was my only option (which I thought was a bit weird)

If check the order status on the website it just says its on stage 1 Your Order, the dealer is listed as Trust Ford - Epsom

It does say delivery 20-23 weeks???

Well welcome to the club! I think someone at Ford rolled a 52 sided dice to see how many weeks they would quote on new orders, and 20-23weeks ended up being made the default option ?

Thats great, have just checked out the Wiki document and think I have found the VIN number, although looking in the tracker it doesn't give too much information!

Guess like everyone I'm just impatient and really looking forward to getting it!
