Sorry if this is old news but my dealer told me today that Ford have advised that there are two boats due to leave Mexico soon giving a mid May delivery. Mines expected on one of these boats but it’s not confirmed yet. And so it goes on...

The Ford configurator has changed a little but since I last looked at it and does not tell you how long the wait is until you set dealer options. May definitely looks good they have Black and grey ex rwd available from 10 weeks putting them at the first week of May.I have cancelled my Black standard so that should be on there soon as well. Its wrong about the FEs and feel for those that have been waiting with still no good news. Its shocking how you have been treated and as has been said earphones are poor compensation.

This got me thinking about a throw away comment from my dealer today. He said “ at last they are all linked up and we can see both your orders”. I think Ford made some system changes.

Yes, me too. I check the tracker from time to time more in hope than in expectation and usually it says In Production which was a great improvement on several months' worth of In Order Processing. This morning it would not load at all. Do you think Ford have got annoyed about all the negative comments on the forum and disabled it out of spite?

Same here. All three VINs from our various orders are all failing to get retrieved. This is with chrome on Android

Mine seems to be ok. In my experience it goes down/locks out when making a change.
