Does the RWD standard range come with a Type 2 cable? According to the review in this issue of What Car you have to buy it as an extra, but this is what is quoted on the Mach e website : “The Mustang Mach-E comes with two charging cables: one for recharging at home, the other for recharging in public. For home use, the Universal Charge Cable has swappable adaptors, so you can plug into both domestic and industrial sockets. You also get a cable to use at AC public charging stations, as not all have their own ones built-in.”
I would like to think the Ford website is correct but with previous experience who knows!

I believe it does as it says it comes with a high power charging cable.

I just automatically thought it did until I saw their review.

It works on my account but means little to me!

I mean:

“gobStatusDesc”: “Offsite”
“VmacsStatusDesc”: “COMPOUND IN”
“vmacsStatusDate”: “2021-04-06”
“gobStatusDate”: “2021-02-05”

???
Compound in = arrival somewhere, it this case arrival at port of Antwerp
Offsite = Quality checks

Spoken to my dealer, mine's at Antwerp, changed to "QDPI" in his system(Vista) with same timestap as the gobStatusDesc changed to "Offsite"

Just spoke to my dealer who thinks my white car which is on the Grande Florida will be in the week ending 29th May, which is interesting as my car that has been in Antwerp for weeks already and was due week ending 8th May is now due week ending 15th May. Does this sound right?

We don't know what order they are doing them in. If your white one has been in antwerp for weeks is that from the grand Houston load? Mine is and is a week earlier now. Does that mean yours had more work to do or is this just random.

My red one has been there for weeks and has been moved back a week, my white one is due to get there next week and inwas told today should be with me by end of May.

It's all been up in the air, older orders have been made later. Early builds have sat in Mexico while later builds have shipped early.

I do think as they will need space at Antwerp, the cars which are there now will arrive in the UK before the ones which are still on their way there. But I also think that as the later ones are less likely to have QC issues and the QC process will be getting more efficient as time goes on, that the white one if it was on a boat say 5 weeks after the red one, it will be definitely less than that to arrive here. So it may only be say 3 weeks behind.

I also think that the red one will most likely be earlier than 15th May as some others have moved back and then forward again.

But really it's anyone's guess I'm afraid.

@Iwantonenow so have you still got both orders active? I cancelled my earlier order as my second one bagged a prebuilt cancellation, but according to @makooy ship tracker my now cancelled order is on the G Halifax so on its way to Antwerp. Unfortunately as I cancelled the order my dealer can no longer see it on Vista.

My second active order was on the Immacolata and is in Antwerp now

@Coolcatshaft I have 2 (of my 3) orders still going. The white is the original order, and my dealer now thinks it will be here at the end of May, and the red was my second order, was due first week of May now pushed back to week ending 15th (so only 2 weeks earlier than my possible date for the white).
In the meantime my dealer has also told me he may have a white sr rwd that will become a cancelled order as the person may go for a tesla instead (I asked my dealer to encourage the guy to go to tesla...), however I'm now not sure this is correct as I was told that white Sr rwds were made slightly later as there wasn't so much demand, and if that's not right then I'm not sure what else won't be right. And if it is right, I don't want to have to pay an additional £3000 as it wasn't my original order and therefore missed the picg. I don't know what to think and I don't have enough time to chase everything as I'm back at school and don't have my phone with me all day. So frustrating

You're right it makes no sense to pay an extra 3k. My space white SR RWD (second order that I'm keeping) was built 10/12/2020 so them telling you they were built late due to lack of demand is rubbish.

I prefer the space white to the rapid red (my wife isn't sure anymore) but definitely wouldn't pay 3k more if your red gets the PICG.

My business partners rapid red was on the grande Houston and my space white was on the Immacolata. The dealer say they are both arriving to him together, along with another space white and a black. He is expecting all four to arrive at the same time, his first batch of Mach E deliveries which at the minute is 15th May. But as @SteveUk car was also on the grande Houston original ETA 15th May and is now moved a week early, there is hope for us all.

Thanks. Think I'm going tonhold out for the space white if there is only a few weeks between them (originally was going to be at least 10 weeks between them), but I'd like to think if my dealer has the exact spec that I have ordered that Ford might be able to sort out the £3000, especially as they are paying that money themselves.

Absolutely, keep your options open. By the time the red one arrives in the UK you will definitely know your position with an ETA on the white and the situation with the PICG on the white one.
