Yes I've seen messages from the concierge, so I'm not worried about actually getting it - it would just be nice to see my dealer informed enough to be able to confirm it themselves - too much to ask I guess!

I can see from the Grimaldi site that my vehicle was deposited in Antwerp from the Grande Florida on Friday (23/4). Shame my dealer couldn't share such information! I'm guessing it will be 2-3 weeks now to go through QA process (mine was a 2nd Dec build), then I can use the ETIS and F12 data to see when that's done.

Yes I believe mine was on the GF also. Yet when I spoke to my dealer at the dealership last Friday he tells me all that is on vista is compound out at Veracruz! Chocolate fireguard.

Total wishful thinking BUT thought I'd share.

The Grimaldi RoRo tracking service showed my car on the Grande Florida on 27th March which I presume is accurate and ties up with the Vista date of COMPOUND OUT on the last date of 27/3/21.

Neither have had changes since nor has my Etis got any date later than 9/3/21.

The Grande Florida left Antwerp yesterday, and is currently in the Bristol Channel.

Could the car have stayed on the boat????

I know I'm being really stupid in even thinking that. ?
The RoRo tracking takes a few days to update so I reckon it should show a "discharge" date of when it got off the boat by midweek.

Grande Florida only arrived in Antwerp at the end of last week so the systems wont have updated yet. They take 4/5 days to catch up

Etis WON'T show any movement info. The only info it will tell you is if your modules have been updated. As yours was a later build they might not need doing anyway. I assume your build date was around the 9/3 which is the date you say is on etis. It will be a while anyway as there is quite a few cars to inspect.

Yeah give it a few days to all catch-up. My F12 data (from the order page) was last updated with Compound Out in Veracruz on 23/3 (when my vehicle left on leg 1 to Baltimore on the GSM) and checking again today that's still the case, but I expect that to update this week. My F12 data from the remote set up page shows the car switched from 'Transport' to 'Normal' mode on 23/4, which is the same date according to the Grimaldi RoRo page that my car was taken off the Grande Florida, which would make sense if it was turned on and driven off.

I'm not going to bother asking my dealer for an update for a while yet - i'll likely know more from all this back door data!

Has F12 stopped working this afternoon for anyone? My order went from Assembly Offline to Gate Release over the weekend (GR date of 21st April). Was hoping to see soon that it had been loaded at Veracruz.

Thought I'd check this afternoon and I'm getting the following server error:

""message": "Internal Server Error",
"code": "500 INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR",
"status": "UpstreamException"

Is this just me, is F12 currently down, or have Ford closed the loophole?

You and I should hopefully get our cars at a similar time as they were sharing the same boat! Although mine was built on 25th February so yours might have the 12v battery issue to sort whereas mine should be okay! Mine must have been a cancelled order as I placed my order on 9th March but I don't know why there is such a difference in production date!

Well I feel better that I'm not alone! Hoping it's something temporary while the status updates perhaps? What stage was your car at when you last checked?

Yeah I think I was just unlucky as my car seemed to take a long time to get to Veracruz after the production process, so missed the ships that arrived in Antwerp earlier this month. At least it’s in Europe now! I’m hoping my choice of dealer in Dagenham means I’ll make up some time when the cars arrive in the UK for distribution!

@BlackheathDiggs do you have an expected delivery date? The last thing I heard, my car which was on the Grande Florida was due 29th May, but can't see that happening as all other dates have fallen back so much.

Hi, yes that was my ETA too, but that was a few weeks ago so I’m assuming it’s been pushed back a couple of weeks like everyone else. Is mid-June being too hopeful?!

My latest ETA is 29th May too - I'm hoping by June 15th as that's when my p/ex valuation expires and I bet the new price will be even worse!

Mine was on the IMMACOLATA and up until last Wednesday my eta was 29/5. It changed then to 5/6. Unless your car is trouble free because its a later one I would be surprised if yours stays at that date. Just about everyone's have moved back in the last few days. But having said that Ford could be doing that to make themselves look good when they deliver "early". However 'early 2021' has been and gone so we are now in 'spring 2021' so not really keeping to schedule for the early adopters. They have until June 21st otherwise they will have cocked up big time because we will then be in 'summer 2021'
