I know this was covered a long time ago but what's everyone's recommendations for screen protectors? I'm paranoid about scratches but more importantly, I don't like the finger prints
I ordered this one. I've still no car so can't give any review as yet. Yes I got it for fingerprint protection after watching reviews that the screen suffered quite badly.

Do you know when it's due in?
I’m not sure. I am on the maritime App .
I’ll let you know because I’ll be doing some Ford App pass activations a few hours after .

Once it registers BST time, it must mean it’s in the country.

tappsDateTime stays to GMT so will always be an hour out to when you try to activate while we are on summer time.

The key thing is, every once in a while vehicleDateTime will update too, sometimes concurrently with tappsDateTime. When these two are an hour apart your car is in the UK as vehicleDateTime will update to BST, tappsDateTime won't.

Ah, ok.

That could prove difficult to know when they both update together .
The change in stats is the most significant yet so will assume it is on its way.

Hi, Chris

What do they even look like and what do they prevent? I thought it was just another petrol cover?

The hinge on the charger cover apparently allows the cover to bend back more than it should. There have been reports then that if the open cover gets accidentally knocked it can push back and can dent the car. There is a little plastic yoke that someone came up with that when fitted inside the cover prevents it from over opening.

Hmm yes this is confusing…well the tappsDateTime is one hour behind us, so GMT/UTC. VehicleDateTime is the local time zone, so in this case 2 hours ahead of GMT/UTC because it’s in Belgium.

This would suggest your car moving shortly after Tossa left (9:30am local time car movement, 9:16am local time Tossa departs). But my guess is it might have been unloaded off the ship earlier, and then moved about in the port (mine moved around a bit when at Flushing I think. I am slightly confused though because on the Marine Traffic website it shows Tossa left at 10:23am local time.

Either way, key thing is to check our your F12 status on the main Ford page on tomorrow and on Monday, and seeing if you’ve gone Compound In on either 25th or 26th. If you have, that signals arrival at Flushing, and a step closer to glor.
I've now got COMPOUND OUT for 25th so would that be leaving Antwerp - can I now expect Compound In to appear later today or tomorrow for arrival in Flushing?

I went to get one of those petrol covers and it would cost about $50 with postage (that doesn't include any customs charges). I then looked to get one printed and the minimum order for those stores is £40. So I left it. Anyone else know how to get a good priced one in the UK?

$50 is cheaper than repairs to the wing if it got damaged! You can order direct from the makers in the states.

If you know someone with a 3d printer you can download the print file. A friendly school technology teacher might help if you knew one!
