My recall has been done, fortunately the car had arrived in Antwerp around the time the recall went out so it’s been carried out while doing through QA/QC.

Out of curiosity how long was the time period for those in the north ( Scotland) between Dagenham and receiving the car?

I had an email from Hannah this morning with an update on my order (passed the checks in Antwerp) and she mentioned it was her last day with Ford. Just a heads up if you send her an email after 12 today, you won't get a response.

My Mach-e was the one in the showroom (Ford - Parks in Perth), but they wouldn’t release the car until a replacement arrived. Ordered on the 6th October and at the time there were cars already in Antwerp, which arrived approx one month later. Good luck with getting the car, you’ll love it and to charge for free in so many places in Scotland is just brilliant.

Has anyone sourced a spare wheel? I can get a new alloy from Ford at £450 but would prefer a cheap steel wheel that I can swap out if I have a puncture. It is frustrating to have the car off the road whilst faffing about ordering tyres in.

Are Palmers still in business down the Turners hill road? If so ask them- they used to be good at this sort of request!

Very sorry to hear this. Hannah has been by far the best representative of Ford UK.

She was ‘sitting’ on a number of issues for me. I bet these will go out the window now she has left.

No I don't own the P51 D in the photo. I think I took that at Shoreham Air Show about 20 years ago! It sadly Crashed at Duxford a few years later but I believe it has been rebuilt.
