To be fair the EV6 looks phenomenal. Can see a few cancellations coming up.
Agree. Just watched the launch video. Looks very tempting. Be good to see what the pricing is for the various models but looks very similar to the Mach e pricing. Fords lack of communication and support for their customers who have stood by them for quite a while now, could come back to bite them very soon........

EV6 looks a great car. The timing just doesn’t quite work for me....just too far away☹

3.4Kw and you could tow a hut tub!! ? ;)
Wow that's a lot of power and would power enough to run the hot tub in the most consuming mode which is when it heats!

Charge up the car using low rate power via octopus then when using the hot tub plug into car!

too far off and the battery size/range is too small for me.
Hmmm... 310 mile real world range which, based on their other cars, will be doable. That's 4 miles per Kw/h. Then the charge speed is very quick as it's 800v DC.

I think the MME is more attractive and has a very set style. The drive feel wasn't great on their other cars too although I've not driven the MME either.

I think until we get prices we can't do a full comparison. When you say the drive feel wasn't great that sounds like a deal breaker to me.

Found prices on the website.

Standard EV 6 From £40,000
EV6 GT Line from £43,000
EV GT from £58,000

I’m just looking at that HUD.

A fantastic Top Gun style gimmick but how much when a brick flies up and shatters the windscreen. ??

I wonder if I will be happy in 2 years time when so many new evs come out with great features?

Glass is standard, it's projected from the top of the Dash.

Features yes, but also battery tech. Mind you, we are damned if we do and damned if we don't. Residuals on ICE cars will drop like a stone.

All 77kwh in the first release. I have put a deposit as well. But obviously hope things work out with the Mach e ?
Likewise, I think my wife would prefer the Mustang or the XC40, but this will be a good back up especially as we are not in a rush.
