Just checked out the Tonale, it does look stunning!

Had an email from the dealer that Ford has changed the pick up time for the car I'd planned to test drive tomorrow and he needs to shuffle things around so will only be a shorter drive earlier in the day. Will still be good to actually see the car in the flesh. Will also see what my Vista ETA is. It had slipped from 15/05 to 22/05 a few weeks back and I haven't asked since.

Yours is still 22/5. Wow lucky you. Mine was 22/5 about 4 changes ago. Hope yours stays at that date for a while

Sorry to see you all still waiting! I have recently (like last 1-2 days) seen an uptick in deliveries in Norway & the Netherlands. The total is now 78 according to eu-evs.com. I also read an article on the first delivery in Netherlands about a week ago. It is picking up steam there.

Is this big delay only for UK? Due to it being an RHD market I suppose?

Shouldn’t be because they are RHD. They are all sitting in Antwerp

So.....

As a family with 3 Alfa's (4C Spider, Stelvio & Mito), I can say with certainty that if Alfa start taking orders on the Tonale before I get my MME I will definitely be cancelling it.

The Tonale is beautiful and as a PHEV will get me to work and back every day in full EV mode.

As an orderer of the MME FE back in November 19 I am disgusted by the lack of communication and respect that Ford have for their customers.

I am having to put so many more miles on my 4C currently, which is an appreciating asset so I'm fuming now.

HI, has anyone else had an Email from Ford stating

'There has been a change to the specification of the vehicle you ordered.
For full details of exactly what’s changed, please follow the link below
to manage your order.
Your Dealer will contact you to update your order form.'

The MME now showing on MY ORDERS is not my original order which I
had a delivery date of 5th June, followed the order through its
stages ie 'in production' then 'Your Car is on its way' believe car
was in Netherlands or on the ship docking on the 4th May.

It is now showing a completely different car with changed Vin No & Colour,
it is also only just going into production!

Something here does not feel right.... To late to phone yesterday.

Update.
When I received the Ford Email stating to check my changed order details
I immediatly logged on to find the new Vin & Colour etc, same all night
then the Ford website became unavailable it has now come back up with my
correct Vin & colour, phew. No clue as to why the site must have been showing
someone else's car ie Vin & colour but with most other order details
mine ie order date, order progression, price etc
Really glad its now showing correct details. Would have spoiled my Bank hol...

If it was not for the official 'Ford' email I would have just thought its just
a wind up. Did anyone else have this happen.

Now that Infinite Blue and Carbonised Grey have been dropped I would expect a lot of emails like that to go out to people who have orders but no build dates. Indeed there's already one person on Facebook with an Infinite Blue order who has had to change it.

However this shouldn't effect people whose cars have been built. Very strange!

I had that email in February although no changes were made. Ford didn’t really have any answers to why I got it and reassured me no changes had been made and that these emails would not be distributed. So much for that!

I just put it down to Ford’s archaic IT systems which I’ve had plenty of experience with in my communications with them.

A couple of people on a Facebook group have said that they have received the same email recently. Sounds a bit odd to me. Also had their eta's pushed back.

So noticed today that my status has changed from yesterday to now show

I know @portlandg mentioned some other boats that were due to leave but cant find it sorry, any idea if one if due to leave shortly as wondering if it will be on that?
