He said that not having powerfold mirrors was something that had to be reversed out in the design, so made sense for Ford to leave it in.
He also showed me around the AWD ER in the showroom and described it as having heated and cooled front seats, I knew about heated, but not cooled (as I have air cooled seats on my Mustang and would miss this feature). Only passing on what I heard, but he seemed certain. He was very knowledgable and I had met him before at other reveals, at Ford’s technical centre in Dunton, Marble Arch and at a dealer’s showing.

If it turns out he is misrepresenting the product then I believe the Ford punishment for that is being sent to Antwerp for the standard 5 to 10 weeks QC "experience".

I sense he's a bullshitter.

Im looking at the source code and under NETWORK and XHR. I cant see anything.

Any ideas?

I'n not really very good at this stuff other than exploring through the different "packages". All i've learned has come from @stesir tbh.

Are you looking through "reversegeocode..." package and then the preview thingy?

I really hope this is right as this is the only feature I was really going to miss by going for RWD SR as opposed to a higher spec.

I would love this to be true also but I test drove SR RWD and no folding going on when I locked the car.

I had just found it. It states a distance of 2356miles, direction 63deg. Which doesn't make sense because that would put it in Finland or further.

I also have GPS locations that is close to my location but a good 20 miles away.

My mind baffles....

I had just found it. It states a distance of 2356miles, direction 63deg. Which doesn't make sense because that would put it in Finland or further.

I also have GPS locations that is close to my location but a good 20 miles away.

There is a couple of ppl on the Norwegian thread who also get really wierd results. So maybe some dont get it for some reason I dont know. I did check this yesterday as well and it did still have the location in Antwerp. So there might be some delay on this. I know there is some delay on the compound in/out thing as well. Keep me updated!

Latitude, longitude puts you in the North Sea tho. Approx. in the shippinglane between Dagenham and Flushing

Driving me mad I go to the remote vehicle setup by the link but all i get are my vin number lots of logger and user data no "reversegeocode" have looked everywhere can someone help?

Dont worry about the "-". 20 miles away at 9,3 degrees on a compass(quite north) Does that measure up to approx the distance to your "home" in the FordPass app? From Dagenham?

I log in, and bring the source code up with the network tab and XHR selected.

It comes up with that logger thing. I then highlighted the HTTPS:// and removed that and clicked enter - this maybe the same as doing CTRL as @Guybrush suggests.

Haha, absolutely not. It puts the car north of me - probably in Garstang which would be 230 miles, bearing 135 degrees to Dagenham if you was a magpie lol
