Morning guys!

I just recieved THE call from my dealer. My car is parked outside on their lot!

After the car was loaded in Antwerp there has only been changes in compound in/out and in tappsdatetime(yesterday morning was the last update) and vehicledatetime(a couple of secs before tappsdatetime) for me. I see that som others on the Nowegian forum has had compund in/out go(last on 11.05 when the car was unloaded from Antwerp) to "Stocked" and while I still have gobstatusdesc "inTransit"(from 29.04) they have had it change to "Vehicleatfinaldestination".

Since I decided to go visit the inlaws, i'll pick it up early next week. Hoping you guys will see the same!

I have finally decided to cancel both of my orders. A combination of factors has led me to this decision, but the overriding factor has been the way that Ford UK has treated virtually every single person who has pre-ordered. If it had not been for Rebecca I would have cancelled a month ago. She alone at Ford has been outstanding, and I have found Hannah to also be very helpful. The 2 dealers I have tried to order through have been more than useless. Seriously, for a £50k to £58k car this is unacceptable on every level. I have opted for a Kia EV6. Yes I will have to wait longer, but Kia UK and the local dealer have both been responsive and the dealer has set up a once-a-month call to keep me updated and answer any questions I may have. I know it is not a Mustang, but it is still a great car with a comprehensive specification and a 7 year warranty to boot.

The reason for this post is that I will be cancelling a First Edition Red, and an Extended Range RWD Red which has the £3k PICG. I do not know if it is possible for someone to pick up this order and have the grant - if anyone knows, and anyone wants to pick this car up, happy to let them have it and the savings.

I hope that all of you who have stuck in there from the beginning receive your cars soon, and that they exceed your expectations thus making the wait worthwhile. It is a great car, beautifully built and designed. I will keep checking in on this forum to see how you all get on. Hopefully Ford UK will throw some worthwhile freebies your way, maybe some free charging as a minimum.

I got this after asking what could they have been doing to my car in Antwerp for 9 weeks, is it been stripped back to its component parts and re-built, will it ever work or is there something fundamentally wrong with it.... obviously none of which could be answered.
VISTA not updated for 12 days, I just find it incredible.
The crux of this for me will be 2 weeks before my lease runs out, I will go to a dealer and buy an in stock car as this radio silence is now just a joke. If its coming mid June, mid July, fine just stick to a date and deliver on promises.
Extremely concerned my car has inherent issues that is needs to be QA'd for 9 weeks+

Agreed that the lack of comms can be extremely frustrating, but the likelihood is your car has just been patiently waiting in the car park. Think of it like A&E on a Friday night - the waiting area is rammed and it takes ages to be seen. You get triaged, and then its back to the waiting area. Hours later you finally get treated and discharged. Your Mach-E is essentially in Ford A&E - and its very very busy there. As bad as it looks I'm sure your car will be with you very soon. Hang in there.

So my car is currently due into Antwerp on Sunday (23rd May) and just been told my ETA on Vista is the 3rd July.

Was right at the end of July so the date is coming down slowly!

Awesome. Well done. My dealer is usually off on Wednesdays and pings me on Thursday morning. My previous updates were very similar to yours though I think so fingers firmly crossed! Just read Steve’s post and hoping my car is with yours and not his. Sorry Steve! I have to wait 24 hours to find out.

Any changes on F12 for you yet?
