My experience with Fordpass support so far leaves a lot to be desired. they are literally just reading off a script and have no clue.

at this rate i might have to hide an Airtag in the vehicle just to keep track of it. can you imagine how insane that would be?

do you have a refresh option on the vehicle tab? I don't have that option but I've seen a few screenshots online of others that do. See the screenshot below. Also, the address on the screenshot is not mine, it's a Gates Dealership I've never been to about 30 miles away from where I live. Yet my car reports that as its current location.

To refresh just swipe down on the screen on FordPass.

My airtags arrive in a few weeks. You can get one etched with a pony emoji....

Amazing where you based?

I'm in South Devon. Collecting from Plymouth Vospers. My car was unloaded last night. They sent me a video of my car this morning and I popped down this afternoon to sort paperwork. Collecting before the weekend and I'll be jumping straight in for a weekend road trip to North Wales, so I hope it's fully charged

Agreed! I was in London all weekend and parked my car a couple of streets away. Really reassuring knowing its still there. It passively updated its location every 10mins or so with people walking by. Worth doing considering how cheap they are

I have good news and bad news. The car is in the UK. However, when I asked about which keys I would get they said the standard ones with 2 blades. How can I get them to order the Mustang keys?

...ask your salesman very very nicely if he or she will order you some nice Mustang ones to replace them.
