Strong email sent to concierge along the lines of get this escalated and have somebody contact me to propose a solution.

Problem with Audi or Jag is it will be 100GBP more a month. Really don't want to pay 600 GBP a month for a car. Current CRV which has been great is 370 a month, mach e will be 490.
The electric audi? That's pricey! And it's an ID4 under the shell!

I think phone calls are the way now dude. Hannah's response is likely to be stalling or b/s. I hope i'm wrong.

still no clue why the vehicle date time and tapps don’t update at the same time.

Vmacs hasn’t changed since 26th
My tapps yesterday morning weren't exactly an hour difference, they were 56 minutes between! But the times yesterday and the previous day tied up with ADELINE's movements. So I decided to ring my dealer to get him to look at Vista, which confirmed DAGTOPS and w/e 10th July delivery. I think the other F12 data is a couple of days behind. Today it is showing COMPOUND OUT for 1st July so presumably that was leaving Flushing. If your VMACS are like mine today, you should be in Dagenham!

Barry, Ford also have a facebook page which you can share you experiences on and you are too nice suggesting people would find your criticism unagreeable.

My screen buzzes and i've found a fair amount of features missing including walk away lock. And a general amount of arrogance coming out of Ford and seen other people treated poorly or just ignored.
Can somebody give a comprehensive list of features missing please? I'm due an email from my Exec Office contact on Monday and I would like to use my email reply as another opportunity to challenge them about them.

Agreed I pushed hard on this point and was categorically denied that my particular car has any issue what so ever; is just stuck in a queue. I asked for honesty from both concierge and dealer as I do not want a "Friday car" that has been stripped to component parts in Antwerp.
I think all of us who have been stuck in Antwerp for an extended time, and therefore naturally we all have suspicions that there is more wrong with our cars than they are letting on, we need to demand a 2 year extension to our 3 year warranty for free to cover us if we end up with hassle through faults later on. I requested this with my contact at the Exec Office, together with a list of exactly what was wrong - they have so far failed to come up with a list, and their response about an extended warranty was "Ford have not put anything into place at this time with regards to goodwill programmes, however, this is something we can review at a later date once the vehicle has been confirmed to be delivered. " - believe me, I'm not going to let this go!!!

Anyone who now has their MME, and ordered extras such as mud flaps/car mats/boot liner etc as part of the online ordering process, did these items automatically come either to you or the dealer, or did the dealer have to place an order themselves? My dealer doesn't know whether these items will come with the car, or they have to order them!

I also asked for the mats, mud flaps and boot liner to be thrown in. My argument to them was, if they are so confident that our cars are all absolutely fine after the Antwerp delays, then a warranty extension actually wouldn't cost them anything because we wouldn't be making any claims. The more reluctant they are to provide this, the more suspicious it makes me feel!
I also said if I don't get an extended warranty, I will get rid of my Mach E after the 3 years finance is up, and go to a rival manufacturer.

Yep, ordered flaps & rubber mats an eon ago, car lands at dealer and they’re on back order, obvs didn’t give enough notice ? however, they came whilst car was awaiting the ID10T ecall error fix so all fitted & complete when eventually took delivery 18th June.

Right! Been reading all your useful posts for yonks, time to register, got RWD ER 2 weeks ago, put it to work loaded with 1/2 Tonne of tools and just completed 1,250 miles! It’s the gnat’s nads! Drop-dead gorgeous, drives like a dream, certainly worth the wait, getting real-world c320 mile range. Just need to know what ER users are seeing on dash when fully charged, I’m seeing between 289 & 320 miles.

I took out for £560 the extra 2 years warranty called "classic" and you have to do this on or before the day you pay for the car.

I wouldn't roll the dice with this car. The motors would cost thousands to replace if one goes.

If you have an AWD version there is even a more compelling reason for the warranty.
