That is truly appalling.In other news, I still don't have a car nor the handover date. Every step is just dragged out. This is probably the worst car buying experience of my life.
It will be of little comfort but I have been in direct communication with Emma Berg and James Powell recently.
James wants to speak with me about my experience. I've sent him an overview highlighting all the key issues and failures that I have experienced noting to him that I am not alone and whilst I cannot speak for the whole community, many have experienced similar.
Lots of apologies and positive noises about taking this feedback on board and lessons learned etc etc. They also arranged a temporary demo car for me but ironically my car might just be ready around the same time.
As I said this probably doesn't mean much for you and others for the extremely poor treatment endured. At least I do feel I am at least being listened to for once. Whether it has any impact, well that's another thing.
