Has anyone else lost TAPPS data when looking at the status of their car? It’s not showing any details on whereismymache or the weblink with VIN number?

Yes, mine has disappeared too. The screenshot from my latest tracking is a couple of posts above.

I was scratching my head with the same query - OTA update says needs App version 3.26 but looks as if they removed Securialert from version 3.27 onwards? ?

Whatever you do, do NOT log out of Ford Pass.

If you do, you have to re-activate the vehicle, and you will get "Activation is currently unavailable"

OK, so I'm back in again....without Activating the vehicle.

I went out to the car, and all of the settings for FordPass had been turned off....not by me, must have been something to do with me logging out the app.

I just re-enabled them all in Sync4A, and then my app started working again.....with no SecuriAlert.

Mine come on automatically whenever I go near the car "with the keys" and when its "really dark"

Mine went straight from 'In Transit Next Departure 23 Aug' to 'At the Dealership' without ever have a status of Discharged in Antwerp.

Below is the history, so don't put too much faith in the tracker.
I now have my lease company saying mine won't be available until January!!! which I cannot understand as Hannah confirmed last week it was waiting for registration and delivery.

Lease Company playing safe as in general every car is delayed to its estimate time. Once registered I expect to be with you in a month now.

They will only work when the car is locked and the mirrors are folded in. I have found that every now and again the car doesn't always "wake up" when I approach.

Ah, that may be it. The car was locked and mirrors folded but it didn't wake up!

4-6 weeks. It normally makes three stops after Veracruz, Altamira, Baltimore and somewhere in Florida whose name escapes me! That is where mine went. Do you know the carrier? Usually Grimaldi Lines. You can do a search on their website. That should give you a list of sailings from Veracruz with dates and itineries.

Just had a call from my dealer to arrange delivery of the car ??. But according to Arval I have to wait out the rest of my current lease or pay early termination fee ???.

But apparently Ford have been told by Arval they can deliver ?? so they’ve gone away to check, as Arval seem to be telling them one thing and me another.

On the rs-analytics link it’s now changed from ‘TRANSPORT’ to ‘NORMAL’.

Mine is connected to the Meter, new meter tails were run to a Metal enclosure for the separate RCD. I am happy I went for this solution as the Charger has tripped the RCD overnight once already. Due to the EV charger effectively been isolated from the house fuse board means nothing in the house tripped so no clocks to reset, etc.

Ah ok, that’s a good idea. Like a garage board.
Should be on separate RCD/RCBO from your fuse board, if it was. So wouldn’t interrupt anything in the house.
