is there a place in the car's pad to access all my journeys? trip 1 or 2 give only a high level summary of miles and consumption.

my FordPass is still not showing any journey history.

So I recently got a new phone, and MyJourneys stopped working for me too. To the untrained and even trained eye everything looked like it was setup as it should be:

Phone has latest FordPass app installed - tick
FordPass app is logged in - tick
Vehicle is added and active in FordPass app - tick
Phone has been paired with the car for Bluetooth - tick
Car says your car can also do CarPlay - do you want to enable - click yes - tick
My Journeys is set to on and applink is enabled - tick

This left me wondering if there was some sort of an additional device authorisation that was missing but not showing - so I went and sat in the car to see if I could work out what it was.

Started the car up, opened FordPass on my phone, let everything settle. CarPlay was displayed on the main screen.

Went to the App screen on the car and selected FordPass from the list. Almost immediately I got the spoken alert of “This apps language does not match the language of blah blah” but straight after that an on screen alert popped up saying that the app needed authorisation to share data.

I clicked on ”I agree” and hey presto My Journeys started working again.

So unless you have opened the FordPass app on the car as well as on your device you might have missed an authorisation step that wasn’t very obvious.

Hope this maybe helps someone else

I think 2278 is the PCM module with related SOBDMC, BECM, SOBDM, SOBDMB modules. That was mainly for loud fans while charging above 10kwh.

https://www.macheforum.com/site/attachments/tsb-21-2278-pdf.35391/

Best if they just update all modules really.
The dealer has updated all modules and still fast charging does not work. Ford have advised changing the charging port and so are sending over part.

As everything is electrical, not sure if this could effect other working parts of the car when changed.Waiting 3 weeks for the part to arrive
Very frustrating

For anyone curious it appears the transport spring chocks are in the PDI checklist. Unsure if it's been updated or was always there.

Pulled a copy of the PDI from ETIS in preparation for having a handover soon.

This list has surely been put together with things current owners have found? If not and this has always been the list, a lot of dealers have been doing a very poor job.

I pulled my PDI checklist from back in April - and the remove suspension chocks was on the list back then.

So yes some dealers have been doing a bit of a shoddy PDI - as we know a few got missed.

I can’t access mine either. It was there then it’s gone

When I first got mine it was very 'bouncy', but a month later and it's noticeably improved as everything beds in.
Can I ask how many miles ? After 1500 miles in mine the bounciness is very irritating and seems other similar BEV cars don't have as much as an issue of body control. All my previous cars ride like a limo in comparison.....

Mine was built in December so seems ok from your info, fingers crossed.
Mine was built 9th June 2021. Ho hum... I wonder if application of additional adhesive to the glass roof will get rid of some of the wind noise I suffer at the moment.

Hopefully the winscreen is ok.

Dealers will remove and reinstall the windshield, free of charge."
Gulp...

Not a lot- 500 miles or so. But where I live is speed bump central, just to leave where I live to get onto 'normal' roads means driving over at least 50 of the things. From experience that accelerates suspension running in !

Mine was built the same week as yours. If it has to go in for repair, as good as my dealers appear to be I'd rather they farm it out to 'autoglass' or someone similar...

good to hear it gets better. this is the only gripe i have with the MME. on motorways, no problem at all. it is smooth as silk. on every other road, you can feel every road imperfection.

I'm afraid that I haven't got much faith in Autoglass either as they had to twice reinstall a windscreen on my Mazda CX5. The first time the wrong version had been installed and the second time they broke the interior mirror mounting which included the camera etc.

If the dealer is going to do any work on mine I'll take close up photographs pre-work of all the areas they are going to touch. If there is the slightest damage they are going to rectify it. This is the most I've ever paid for a car so it had better be done properly.
