I set my charge window from midnight to midnight, so it is essentially set to charge when plugged in as if there is no schedule, but it is tricked into thinking it is scheduled and as such will precondition when you want. Then all I do is set a target charge when I get home and departure times for pre-conditioning as and when needed.
wouldn’t the car charge during non-off peak hours too?

I’ve asked Citizens Advice for any help regarding the features missing:

Ambient Lighting
Phone As A Key
Walk Away Lock
ā€˜Mustang’ branded key

Looking at the original spec sheets we were also promised:

Stolen vehicle alert
Tracker with immobiliser
Thatcham Category 1 alarm

What we ended up with was a car that has increased insurance premiums and some companies that won’t insure it!

I’m sick of Ford ignoring me now. I’ve emailed the new email Hannah passed on, Lisa Brankin and William Ford in the US. Nothing, nada, zilch! I’m determined to see this through.

I still think this is an absolutely amazing car!!

Has anyone managed to get an order update since Hannah left? I have tried the email address she passed on a couple of times and no response.

It's not you, it's them.

I've had equally disappointing results when trying to contact the concierge team here in the UK.

It would appear whoever has taken the mantle from Hannah / Rebecca have zero interest in helping us track our vehicles.

Frustratingly, it appears the Grimaldi vessel tracker is down at the moment as well, meaning we cannot even see what vessels are due to arrive at Veracruz, even if we wanted to.

Have you had any luck ascertaining the status of your vehicle? The whereismymme tracker has proved very helpful, but still does not let you know for sure when or what vessel your vehicle will be shipped on.

If you do manage to reach anyone at the concierge, do let me know as i'm also keen to get more information regarding my order from March 21.

Yeah that's why I have resorted to embarrassing
them on their Facebook page. It's been very effective before as they like to post their PR and self promotion on there and don't like horrid reality checks on the comments.

I'm not sure that the concierge email address is being monitored right now. I believe that the E-Sales team are looking after stuff at the moment. They can be contacted on [email protected]

At the very least when you send them an email it automatically raises a support ticket and you'll get an auto reply.

I have been informed my car is now at the dealer. Excited!

They have said there are delays in getting Tow Bars, and have no idea when they will receive them or have the ability to fit it. They said they will put me in touch with a 3rd party supplier. Not sure I am happy with this. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
