It hasn't got anything to do with AA or ACP. The FP app talks to the car built in system. As long as FP is connected via bluetooth and you have the correct settings for connectivity set up you should be good to go.
Coming from a Jag which logged all the trips using the built-in SIM I find this a really strange choice of design. I will always use Android Auto rather than the stock experience, so it's never going to work for me whilst it requires this direct BT connection. It's a shame as the Jag was just so straightforward and you could also see the trip data in the online car portal website, which was really useful for submitting company mileage expenses.

Just been out in my car and the update icon appeared on the big screen, pressed it and it said an update was done. Then it came up again a moment later, pressed it and said it was up to date. But looking at the website data (widget isn’t working right now) it’s just saying I have the same failed 2.6 update, weird one.

Just been out in my car and the update icon appeared on the big screen, pressed it and it said an update was done. Then it came up again a moment later, pressed it and said it was up to date. But looking at the website data (widget isn’t working right now) it’s just saying I have the same failed 2.6 update, weird one.
I had a phantom update in mine this afternoon - icon appeared at top of screen, tapped it, and it went to the updates screen and said “You’re Up To Date” (aka Nothing has happened)

I got those occasionally in the old Mach-E but this is my first in the new one.

I got those occasionally in the old Mach-E but this is my first in the new one.
I did as well. Plus various errors came up on FordPass including airbag, traction control and a couple of others. Turned car back on after a couple of hours and logged back into FordPass and the errors had disappeared. Was hoping 2.3.0 had finally landed but no.:(

Right, just had a call from my dealer re my n/s rear light cluster.
Basically, it's f....d. Need a new fitting. Only problem, there aren't any stocks and no indication of when there will be. So guys, keep your fingers crossed you don't have anything major that needs replacing. There probably aren't any spares.
Result. After being told the above and me firing of a couple of emails on Friday my replacement light fitting went from no stock anywhere with no indication of when there will be one to "we have tracked down a part but can't say when it will arrive" to speaking to my dealer this morning and being told that it had just arrived. Amazing. Booked in for fitting tomorrow. ? ? ?. I have also had 2 phone conversations and 4 emails with esales and 1 phone conversation and 2 emails with Ford credit. Has done a little to restore my confidence in Ford customer service. Just hope nothing else goes wrong.

Just popped into my dealer to see if there had been any progress on my rear light cluster fix. Still in parking bay waiting. However, he did say that the recall software fix is now available over here so he is hopefully going to get that at the same time he does the light. Expect a call from your dealers soon peeps. ? ? ? ?

I applied the HVJB recall related software updates to my car last Sunday and I’m happy to report everything feels the same afterwards.

Have noticed this week that there may have been a very minor update to the DC fast charging curve, but we are only talking about a -5kW change after 80%

Updates take about 30mins to apply - no drama.

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone had an idea of shipping times...etc..

The trackers have never worked for me with the VIN and I have a 3rd party company dealing with it, who then go to Ford and then come back to me etc...

What I have had is that it was dispatched from Mexico 28/05/2022.

& the last update of where is it (Although unsure of date) is that it was/is sitting in Antwerp.

He said he will get another update when it reaches the UK & dealer is giving an expected date of start-Mid July.

I suppose what I'm wondering is if it was dispatched on 28/05/2022 from Mexico what would of been the rough date it would of arrived in Antwerp (i.e. how long has it already been there) and then from there how long to they roughly sit on it and how long to the UK. I'm obviously trying to figure out if a start of July/Mid July date is a reasonable expectation or not considering its the 1st July now. Unsure if this last phase moves quick.

My MME showing shipped 17 June, Its confirmed onboard Grande Mirafiori that is enroute to Antwerp
I would think your MME is onboard the same ship.
Dealer updated me this week for a delivery date of 6 August.

Thanks for your reply, not sure i worded it right. Mine was shipped 28/05/2022 and is confirmed to be sitting currently at Antwerp, i was trying to figure out how long it sits at Antwerp for before being shipped to the uK.
