Its a very bad state of affairs indeed! So many broken promises, false and vague answers or no replies at all from all FORD Mach-e Support including FordPass Community which is a complete waste of time! Such a shame!The current track record of providing OTA in Europe doesn't leave much hope.
So what can be done? Well I finally have some email contacts for the top executives at Ford Motor Company Ltd, including L. Brankin.
How many of you UK Mach-e owners out there have something youād like to say to them. I believe they are clueless how bad support actually is for us! Trust Pilot though days plenty! ?
