The new ‘Mustang’ fobs, fantastic and with a frunk button. So excited looking at the posts here and the letter arrived from Ford. So phoned my dealer, guess what ‘there is a shortage of fobs’, so they are not taking any more bookings. Come on Ford, what the hell are you playing at? To put out a letter to all Mach-e owners ‘24B75 - Mustang Mach-E Mustang Branded Key - Service Program’, FORD get a frigging grip on reality….do you really think that very few U.K. owners will not go for this? So FORD rev up and promise what you have committed to, and research the different security issues in every country you deal with beforehand (rather than 3+ years later). I want my Mustang fob!!!!

Was booked in for the keys next week on the strength the keys would be here by then but just been told there aren’t enough keys to go around.

Sorry to hear you lads have to wait for the keys, but they'll get there eventually!! In the meanwhile i noticed a software update while waiting for my sons practice, and wow!!! We got a YOUTUBE aka Video streaming update!!! It's already working!!! ?

Collected my keys today (sorry) The good news is that I can open the froot from the key as I go in there quite often. I won't have to unlock the car, open the door and reach down for the double pull.?

I so agree. There are far more important things to worry about (if you feel inclined to worry) in this world than a key fob. My comments were directed at FORD from the point of view - Don’t promise something you cannot deliver on.

Are you using an iPhone (mines a standard 15) iOS 18.3 and FP app 5.11.0? Seems odd it would work on another iPhone on the same build levels.

Called Johnsons Ford up to get the mach e booked in to look at the Collision system fault, the external temp fault, interesting as was showing -- but now fluctuates between -40c and +40c which completely buggers the internal heating up, i assume over compensating as fans seem to be acting weird too, drivers door actuator as it got stuck (only once but they may as well have a look and probably break something else) plus front and rear towing eye covers in the bumpers as they fit like shit and before some US customer starts telling me the front cover doesnt cover a towing eye it effing well does, i can see the tow point.

No courtesy car until the 3rd March, so i am back to the good old crap ford customer service. BMW would put me in more expensive courtesy cars FFS. I want it looking at sooner than that so looks like carless for god knows how long from the 13/02.

It may well be evident, but i am far from chuffed

Maybe as mines a corporately managed COPE profile iPhone. Weird as I don’t see why that would be the cause, uninstalled, rebooted etc still no good.

Yes crashes on - iPhone 15 (IOS 18.3), IPad (6th Gen, ISO 17.7.2) and on my wife’s iPhone 13. Reinstalled FordPass which made no difference.

IOS 18.2.1 on iPhone 14 Pro Max and works for me.
